I dont remember finishing these books but I do remember when my sister dug through her bookself and let me read it. I started falling in love with these books and then I even took them to read at school.I'm still reading them over and over but they will never grow old.
I recomend this for over 8's.

Books 1 and 2 were fantastic, but book 3 fell short. It had sexist jokes and felt much slower in comparison to the books beforehand, and it revealed to me my most hated ending type: (SPOILER) splitting the character in two. I absolutely hated the ending. It ruined the whole story for me. Splitting the characters into two felt like a cop-out because the author couldn't commit to one ending, so did both instead. It ruined my engagement with the characters - which one am I supposed to feel happy or sad for? They're both real, both with completely different endings. And he dragged his friend over, which was incredibly selfish, and the flying carpet practically dies in the real world.
My attachment was split, DIVIDED, I might say. And if it was done to tie into the title, it was not necessary.

A modern day boy living his last days, falling into a different magical dimension. The magic was amazing, the story was good, and the adventures of Felix was brilliant! A set of books that have been with me throughout my entire childhood.

I Think this book is interesting and was really exciting to read. I also think that Elizabeth Kay wrote this book really well and I think that other people should also read this book and I think they will like the Divide Trilogy.
The thing that might confuse you or it doesn't make sense in the book is that the story jumps from place to place, so you have to be careful. But if you are careful it will be a wonderful and interesting book to read and I hope you give a good rating to this book.
I think that Elizabeth Kay is a really good writer and that you should start reading some books that she has wrote. I bet you would like those books if you like this book!

Thats why I gave 5 stars for this book!

i learned that you should be careful anywhere because you something can happen like in this book fern lost her parents and anything can can go wrong in the woods. I wonder why Fern's parents would leave Fern there in the Divide alone. Wow and also Fern has been in the woods in a month now. I love this book so much i want to read it again and again thats how much i love this book!

I absolutely adored these books! They hook you from the moment you start reading them and I couldn't put them down. If you like Harry Potter or just plain fantasy books, read this series!
