Great book on leadership and a great read! Very insightful, and does a great job of integrating various leadership models, their key elements, etc. while still being it’s own book and adding its own value to the topic.

I only gave it 4 stars because there were a handful of spots in the book that could’ve used more editing/proofreading (More than just misspelling, there were a couple parts that I had to read a phrase/ sentence again a few times to try to understand the sentence). Overall tho, would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to grow in this area.
