CURRENT BIO (for publishing as Jan Miles): My first novel, Black, White & Blue, finished in the top 50 (out of 5,000) in the young adult category of the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award competition. I have just completed my first book-length nonfiction volume, The Post-Racial Negro Green Book, and am now crafting a work of adult literary fiction entitled If These Walls.
