Omgggggggg Chase
His Wicked Proposal is a masterpiece! I could not put this book down. This book has all the elements of a perfect story, the humor, the lines, and definitely the nicknames. Brandi the FMC is such a firecracker, but still trying to come into her own after having her self-esteem and spirit diminished by a horrible husband. Chase the handsome MMC is caring, giving and flawed, but is on a mission to help Brandi come into her own and be the woman that he knows she can be. The spice in this book is off the charts, but also the story itself is just so great and the trip to NOLA was so heartwarming and showcases the magic and beauty of one of the most gorgeous places in the world. This book is a definite must read so stop whatever you’re reading right now and get this book.

WHAT A TRULY WONDERFUL READ
WHEW CHILE’ THIS BOOK HERE. Where do I begin. I loved this story. Brandi and Chase are magic together. Every woman deserves a man who makes you feel scene, who makes you feel beautiful, and who makes you feel secure in every way. The metamorphosis that the FMC goes through to find her power and her voice was so powerful, and the way the MMC learned how to share his pain and grow from it was everything for them both. I just loved how their relationship unfolded, and how they healed each other. And all the SEXY TIME WAS THE CHERRY! This story was so endearing and engaging that it just had to be an ALL NIGHT READ FOR ME because I didn’t want to put it down! What a great book!❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥

oh my what a story
This story had everything and more! Chase and Brandi what a story that showed the development of the relationship that showed growth for both characters. Chase needed to grieve and Brandi needed to find herself and her confidence. Together the two of them was able to accomplish both. Spice level 5. Woooh chile this author gave us everything and along with all the spice there was a beautiful live story woven in. They were flawed and real. This wasn’t your normal billionaire boss tripe this has depth. Great job!!!

A Naughty Job Offer!
If Ramani Rose writes it, I'm buying it PERIOD! I love when do-gooders and people pleasers finally say enough and stand on business without losing their softness. Brandi's (FMC) marriage and finances are in shambles until billionaire, Chase (MMC) gives her a job as a personal assistant that comes with extra "perks". Through their work "arrangement" Brandi rediscovers her confidence and sexuality while experiencing real love for the first time with Chase. This story touches on grief and emotional abuse but had heart-warming moments and was a sexy and enjoyable read with a well-deserved HEA.

His Wicked Proposal by Ramani Rose is the latest release by this versatile writing duo. His Wicked Proposal serves as an entertaining departure in scope and tone in the Rose/Tomas/Crow catalog. Our authors use the tropes of reverse age-gap, power exchange, mental health issues, transactional relationship, workplace, fertility issues, and in my opinion, our MMC has golden retriever energy….a bit of something for everyone.
When the story begins, Brandi is in quagmire of debt and is desperate to find a job. After fifteen years of marriage, Brandi’s husband made the decision to run away with his mistress. As a stay-at-home wife, Brandi has absolutely no resources. Her husband emptied their bank account and was promptly involved in a horrific wreck unable to complete his escape and landing squarely on Brandi’s kind shoulders in his time of need. For a woman who has not worked for several years, finding viable employment is not easy. Subsequently, Brandi applies for any job she feels she has a shadow of a chance of obtaining. Chase is seeking a personal assistant with an interesting caveat on the personal aspect of the job! The right candidate will be expected to provide both office and outside office services. Chase is handsome and wealthy, one would think it would be easier to find a companion and keep one’s work and personal life separate. However, even as put together as Chase seems, he has issues that make him as vulnerable as Brandi. When he sees Brandi among the many job applicants waiting for his attention, he immediately senses her meek and sweet nature. But will he be able to convince old-fashioned Brandi to take a chance on this unconventional job opportunity?
Conclusion:
Our authors give us an extremely sweet story with unexpected layers and some unavoidable obstacles. Loyal Brandi is still tied to her husband while Chase is tethered to his past in unhealthy ways. Brandi was amusing with a beguiling mixture of naivety and awakened sensuality while Chase is perhaps the kindest and most supportive leading male character ever! I really enjoyed this excellent, complex story and I am excited for a hint that the next Sullivan Scoundrels story is headed our way (greedy readers😊).

Chase is younger, wealthy, commanding, and impossible to resist, and their arrangement blurs lines neither of them are supposed to cross.
Don’t let your husband get in the way of finding the love of your life might as well be the unofficial tagline. This story was very messy, but I was fully invested in Brandi and Chase. Her husband was the absolute worst (truly selfish and infuriating), which made her emotional and sensual awakening even more satisfying to read.
If you enjoy FMCs starting over, leaning into their desires, and reclaiming their sense of self—with a guaranteed HEA—this one is worth picking up.

not my thing ... I was so excited to read this book that I even read it on the Kindle app!
but I didn't really see the love! the dialogue was so odd sometimes! he was american when the lights were on and british when it was down!
I didn't really see love in this story, we have both povs but it's a bit hard to grasp what they really feel because they just tell you .... there isn't much of the "my eyes followed her without me even noticing it" which is something that makes the story come to life for me.
The story had lots of potential, but it wasn't very well executed.

His Wicked Proposal over delivered & far exceeded my expectations, based on the title of the📕. I really appreciated the way the ✍🏽s took their time to fully develop the MCs with their backgrounds of unique personalities, loss of loved ones & betrayal. Their relationship started out as a contractual proposal🥵, but it organically & realistically morphed into a love connection with unexpected surprises. This was a perfect post Thanksgiving read & I absolutely😍😍😍 every page of this relatable novel. Happy Reading🍷

hard no for me
It’s a hard no for me. Its run-on sentences and poor structure made this book difficult to read. I ended up skipping around a lot because the plot was predictable and lacked depth. Honestly, I’m starting to get turned off from reading BWWM stories altogether — too many of them seem to fall into the same trap. It feels like some Black women authors have developed a strange fetish and white savior complex that’s both tired some and annoying.

Wicked
This was good. I read it in one day. Like so many women who become wives, Brandi places her husband's needs before her own and has a lot of self-doubt. She was initially hesitant when approached with the opportunity, but soon discovered her old self and a new version. I recommend this book to anyone looking for a light, Dom, romance, and a heartfelt book.

I absolutely loved this
The plot had me hooked from the start. This was very spicy and had everything i loved in a book. I loved the plantation tour and the fact that Brandi needed time to herself. I would love for this to be an audiobook I need to hear both their accents.

Cheating husbands and debt never go well together. Brandi and Chase have their work cut out to recover and survive on the other side. Very good read.

Editing needs work

Love the FMC and that she maybe a neurodivergent. The MMC helps her to find her confidence and she in turns helps him to open up to his grief. Well done!!!
