In one word, this was cute! I enjoyed each short story very much. The content was just lovely, especially to see with how much love the gods treat "their" humans. If you're religious and know stories of bad/mad gods, it's important to know what these short stories actually try to tell: Even god(s) is/are human(s) in his/their way(s)! If it's only one God or more they love and care for the humans. This might be kind of off-topic but it's an important message which this one-shot underlines, to my mind.
My favorite short story was the one about the young boy whose parents were killed. The end had been quite unexpected, not only to me but to Kisune, too:3 I love the transcendental subject here, especially how a 'simple' human and also the god himself helped that poor lost soul to find its peace. God lets no one fall and is at your side in your darkest hours and leads you to find a way out. I loved this so much. It's been sad when Koi left but also bittersweetly satisfying.
Aside of the contents, the art style is so beautiful! The boys all look cute and I can understand why the others fall for them XD In contrast, the adult men look overly hot! Woah! I would like to read a manga series by the mangaka *-* and it may be BL but not necessarily~
