Very interesting and really struck a chord with me. I could see myself in the symptoms of a bad diet and weight gain. I blamed this on lack of sleep, I have had a long battle with sleep, have gone long stretches with only a few hours of sleep in a 10 day period. I found this to be good information and doable for eating healthy, I gave this book 3 stars because of the many typos, the author or editor should have read this aloud. But I thank you for the information.
I was hoping this book would explain the science behind the gut-brain connection a little more. It still had helpful info, tips for healthier habits, and tracking possible problem areas.
DNF. Idk if it was because I listened to the audiobook, featuring an extraordinarily robotic narrator or if the content was just rehashing some really basic stuff but I could not get through this.
