Libro generalista sobre el CRM que te da pautas para entender y aplicar de forma práctica una estrategia de CRM en tu empresa. Es básico pero da bastantes ideas y herramientas para implementar dicha estrategia en la empresa.

So-so but fast read. It's more of a book on common sense advice rather than a serious how-to (which I was looking for). The examples were plenty which made the read not so boring. The book definitely was written for those who wanted a quicker way to pick-up the topic but this book does not do it for me.
