This is a lovely guide to using journal writing as a spiritual practice in our lives. The chapters are easy to read and gently lay out some of the author's story. I enjoyed reading what she shared.
Each chapter has exercises at the end to do. I confess I didn't do most of them yet, but that doesn't mean I won't. I do keep a journal, so this is not brand new for me.
Her questions are straightforward and good guidance for growing in the area of journaling.
Thank you to Allison Byxbe for my ARC. The review is my own.
