This is the 35th book in this fun cozy mystery series; I’ve not read them all , but have read maybe the last 10-15 or so. This book could easily stand alone, though. Instead of taking place at Dune House, Suzie and Mary’s bed and breakfast, the vast majority occurs at a large country inn they’ve traveled to for some awards, one of which their inn is in the finals for. They enjoy getting to meet other inn owners, until there’s a murder. Mary and Suzie have helped solve a lot of crimes in their area, so they begin to investigate, possibly putting themselves in danger. It’s an interesting case and the book is well-written. I can definitely recommend this book and series; I received an ARC, which I appreciate, but these opinions are my own.

A Hair Raising Adventure!
Mary and Susie have been invited to a luxury inn after being nominated for a prestigious award. Suitably impressed upon arrival, Susie is happy they came despite her initial reservations about the award and the trip. Unfortunately, they are soon faced with a mystery, as it seems that tragedy awaits them no matter where they are. By piecing together clues through listening and observing the other guests, they are soon confronted with a very dangerous dilemma. Enjoyable and entertaining like all others in this series. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed.

Love this book!
Another well written book with a great setting and a very gripping ending. What could possibly go wrong attending a special conference about various types of hospitality venues? Anger, frustration jealousy and resentment make a powerful influence on the whole experience!

Dune House
Mary & Susie along with Pilot sure do make for some exciting adventures. This series always makes me feel like I’m in an adventure right along with the characters. The friendship between the two characters is amazing. The suspense at the end of this book almost did them in. Definitely a cliffhanger.

Invite all expenses paid to be part of a resort contest. Size ,Mary and Pilot go to learn about other inns and what they offer. First day goes pretty well then an inn owner is murdered so they slip on their investigation hats.

I love Cindy Bells book and I am always looking forward to her new releases. Reading is what I do usually in the evening before going to bed. Plus I read books on my phone when we are traveling! Keep writing!
