A hookup with a handsome stranger at 30,000 feet… Yes, please.
Coming home to three off-limits contractors who want to claim me? That escalated fast.

After one life-shattering day, I ditched New York and ended up in a tiny airplane bathroom being given the best O of my life.

I didn’t catch his name.
Or expect to see him again.
But fate has jokes.

Now I’m back in my hometown, Aspen Springs—figuring out my mess of a life, helping my mom, and breaking every rule in the book.

It all started with Conrad, my broody mile-high mystery man… I could drown in his ocean-blue eyes.
Then I met his identical twin brother, Brooks, the tattooed flirt. He dares me to misbehave and calls me Trouble.
And I can’t leave out their business partner, Austin. My childhood crush, my brother’s best friend, and the hottest single dad in Colorado.

They’ve all made me theirs. At the same time.
And I have a decision to make—strap in for the ride of my life or run.

My Three Hometown Hard Hats is a standalone MFMM why choose romance in the “Aspen Springs” series. Get ready for small-town rom-com vibes, a mid-flight one-night stand, and a smokin’ hot single dad. No swords cross, but hammers swing. Ultra cozy HEA.

Hadley is moving back to her small hometown in the mountains to escape city life when she meets Conrad and their chemistry is too much and they join the Mile high club... But fail to swap numbers.
Regrets are short lived though when they meet again at Hadley's mind house... Along with Conrads twin brother Brooks and is reunited with her own brothers best friend and her own high school crush, Austin. The trio apparently all love together along with Austin's 5 year old daughter Evelyn. It's not long before all their lives are intertwined and forever is on the horizon.
I enjoyed this book, it had plenty of funny moments as well as some sweet and touching one's and of course, with it being RH, plenty of spice too. It was a great but of light-hearted fun that I finished in a day.

The book is an easy read. The storyline involved 3MMC that seemed to easily decide they would share and their only angst was would she stay.
The FMC was quick to go why choose and it seemed to depend if this would happen on the decision of only one of the trio.
A storyline for a light read on a lazy Sunday

There are just so many things to love about this book. The spice, the plot, the characters... I'm a huge Lacey Day fan, so it's really nice to see her start a new series in a new town. I'm also originally from Colorado, so it was so much fun for the town to be set in the mountains there. It made me nostalgic for home.

Hadley was great. I enjoyed her character arc, taking her from hot mess to being sure of what she wants. It really made her relatable.

I loved Conrad. So sexy. The airplane scene was super hot. He had that confident but sweet personality that just pulls you in.

Austin is the swoony, wounded single dad. His daughter is adorable. It was so sweet to see her so comfortable with Hadley since day 1. I love a second-chance romance, so these two were so much fun to read.

Brooks was a bit annoying for me at first, but he grew on me as the book went by. I've never been a fan of players, so it took me a sec to warm up to him, but once I got there, I became a big fan.

Of course, with a Lacey Day book, the spice is as fantastic as we've all come to expect! 4.5 🌶️ 5 ⭐.

This book wasn’t great, but it wasn’t terrible either. The writing was fine and the story flowed well enough. I just couldn’t get into it like I have some of the author’s other books. Hadley comes home to help care for her mom and meets up with Conrad and Brooks along the way. She also gets reacquainted with Austin, her brother’s best friend. All three men run a construction company and have agreed to help remodel Hadley’s mother’s home. That gives the four of them lots of time to be together and let their mutual attraction build. I thought some of the characters were a little quick to accept the polyamorous nature of their relationship. (Trying not to give spoilers here!) And I also thought that the revelation to Hadley’s brother didn’t get quite the reaction the author was building toward. One of the characters, Austin, is a single dad, so of course there is also a precocious kid. I have to say, it would be nice to read a story where the five year isn’t always a little darling, but this is fiction, I suppose. All in all I thought it was just okay. Not a bad way to spend a few hours, but not something I’ll be re-reading.

This small-town romance kicks off with the ultimate meet-cute: Hadley’s chance encounter with a handsome stranger on a flight back to her hometown. What starts as instant chemistry quickly escalates into a steamy mile-high-club hookup—no names, no numbers, just heat. When they part ways, both are left with lingering regret, believing they’ll never see each other again. Fate, however, has other plans.

Back home now to take care of mom, Hadley discovers that the stranger isn’t so far gone after all. What follows is a deliciously tangled why choose romance layered with brother’s best friend, single dad, small-town charm, and plenty of emotional and physical sparks. The story thrives on undeniable chemistry, twin brothers, no ⚔️ crossing, a little bit of let’s make her 💦 and of course theee hunks with dirty mouths. The heroes are protective, tempting, and impossible to resist, while Hadley’s journey balances vulnerability with confidence.

Perfect for readers who love spicy romances with fate-driven reunions, close-knit towns, and relationships that refuse to fit into neat boxes, this book delivers heat, heart, and indulgent escapism from takeoff to landing.

Honest and voluntary review.

A steamy reverse haram story with a mother who’s cool with it and a brother who’s not! Great characters and a precocious 5 year old is hilarious, touchy, and steamy.

Hadley returns home to care for her mother after losing her job and finding out her boyfriend was cheating on her on the same day!

On her flight, she feels an instant connection to her handsome seat mate, as does he. Welcome to the mile high club! They don’t exchange any information. Hadley has never felt this way before.

Enter Austin, her ex, who has a 5 year old daughter. The mother abandoned them both and signed away her parental rights. They live with identical twins, Conrad and Brooks who all dote on Evelyn, and run a construction business. And are best friends with Hadley’s brother.

Austin, Conrad, and Brooks are going to do work on Hadley and Grayson’s mother’s house. Hadley is shocked when Austin, Conrad, and Brooks show up at her mom’s and one is the guy from the plane! How she handles him, Austin, and the other twin is very entertaining! All 3 decide they want her but she decides she wants all 3!

What ensues is funny but touching as everyone finds that love does conquer all!

Lacey Day never disappoints with her reverse harem books. But this one was so good. The three men that were in here were so different especially Austin I wasn’t sure that he was going to go for the relationship that the other three wanted. Brooks was kind of the jokester but he feels with 100 % and can be so sweet. Then his twin Conrad he was the first one who caught Harley’s eye and they joined the mile high club together.

But the connection that they all share together and they on want what was best for them all was such a great story: she came back to her home town after leaving for New York but was burned not only being let go from her job but her boyfriend cheated on her too.

The one thing I didn’t like was how Austin came distant after Hadley told them what she wanted to do and that was be a photographer and Austin jumped to conclusions and thought that she would be leaving to just as his ex did but the other guys had to rein him back that Hadley wasn’t his ex and he finally saw that and made up for the distance that he caused with everyone.

This story had me engaged from the very first page to the very last. It’s a story about Hadley who, is returning home after being in New York for a few years, and she meets a sexy stranger on the aeroplane and joins the mile high club with him, but she doesn’t for some reason get his name and phone number. Then the next day after being home with her mum and her brother she meet up with Austin, her brother‘s best friend and realises the crush she had on him when she was younger is still there. She meets his daughter Evelyn who she finds absolutely adorable. She later meets Brooks who looks very familiar, very similar to the man, she met on the aeroplane and later discovers that he is his twin brother in the man she had the relationship with his name is Conrad. This was a really cute story that was full of action and drama and lots of sexy times. They start a poly relationship which leads to a happily ever after for all involved.

Fun small town RH romance

A fun storyline with a small-town RH romance with home renovations, action, brilliant banter, steamy romance, a sweet daughter and love.

After a bad week (being laid off and being cheated on), Harper comes back to her hometown, joining the mile high club on the plane on the way. When she gets home she planned to stay with her mum and her brother had organised for some friends to renovate the house, to help their mum following surgery.

Conrad, Brooks and Austin are happy to help with the renovations. Austin has been Greyson's best friend for years and can't believe how Harper's changed, trying to remind himself she's off limits, Brooks and Conrad are brothers and Conrad had been sorry for not getting his airplane girl's details until he sees her again.

But none of them can deny the chemistry between them all, with them each bringing something different to the mix. Overall a wonderful feel-good read.

This was my first reverse harem romance. I didn’t know what to expect and went in hoping for an easy, light hearted read and I wasn’t disappointed.
The story follows Hadley as she returns home from the city to her small hometown and falls for three guys who all live together.
It has strong rom com vibes. I found myself laughing out loud a lot but also really rooting for their relationship and hoping it would work out. I actually liked all of the main characters which is an achievement in itself.
It is spicy with multiple sexually explicit scenes throughout, although they don’t overpower the story. Some of the explicit talk did make me laugh as it was particularly cheesy but it was also steamy too. I found some of the explicit scenes physically impressive. You’ll have to read it to find out what I mean. No spoilers.
Overall I did really enjoy the book. It was just what I needed after some heavy reading. It was a great introduction into reverse harem romance. I don’t think I’d need to read it again but I do recommend it if this is the type of book you’re looking for.

My Three Hometown Hard Hats by Lacey Day is a small town poly romance. MFC Hadley loses her job and cheating boyfriend and is heading back to her hometown to care for her mother after surgery. On the flight home Hadley meets a hottie and has a one-flight-stand. Preparing for her mother’s mobility after surgery Hadley and her brother hires her brother’s contractor friends to do the work. These friends include the mile high one-flight-stand, his twin brother, and Hadley’s childhood crush who is now a single dad. All three are interested in Hadley and have no problem sharing.
The story was enjoyable and the relationship develops in a more believable way than most reverse harem books. The happily ever after evolved without much of the typical drama and I found that refreshing and made it a fun read. My favorite Lacey Day book so far!

Lacey Day didn't disappoint with this book! I can't wait to read more of the series! The story line was very touching, with some lough out loud moments and some, hold my breath moments. Hadley, a strong independent woman and one of her worst days, then decided to go home to help her mother and regroup after everything. Austin, has always had a crush on Hadley, Conrad, who met her on the plane, but didn't know who she was, and Brooks just a charming happy guy, who was the one who caught on first. They all face some challenges both from the past and the present, but with never giving up, they all end up finding a love that they never thought was possible. This is a really great book. I couldn't put it down once I started reading it. Definitely looking forward to more of this series.

Lacey Day has not disappointed me. She wrote a fun reverse harem that includes the protective brother and a cure kid. Hadley has had a rough day. She lost her job and boyfriend all in the same day. Now she is flying home.
First she meets Conrad, a sexy seatmate on the plane. They join the mile high club, but don't exchange names or numbers. Only to have their memories.
Then she meets his twin Brooks, the jokester, The one that keeps you laughing throughout the story.
And then she is reunited with Austin, her brother's best friend. He is the tortured single dad, very protective of his heart and daughter.
It is refreshing to have the town supportive of their relationship. There is no judgement.
Aspen Springs in the new town to live in, and I can't wait to see who is next.

Can’t choose just one… and I get it

First of all that prologue was hottt🥵🥵 what a way for Hadley to return her hometown- joining the mile high club✈️

Story is full of surprises with sweet & tender moments. The bond between the guys is the sweetest and most supportive ever. Conrad is a sweetheart. Brooks is hilarious. Greatest dad ever, Austin has one heck of a cutie for a daughter too. And all of the guys love that little one to death. Oh my heart♡ I could definitely see why Hadley could not choose to be with one. Of course they are her brothers friends -yikes-

Mags, Hadley and Grayson's mom, totally steals the show. She's so fierce, strong, and funny as hell. The entire family & friends dynamic was just so wonderful.

Dirty, naughty, and oh so sweet.

Another great book from Lacey Day. If you haven't read the series "Men of Medford" I can highly recommend you do and this is the first book of "Aspen Springs" and judging on how good this story is I can't wait for more.
Funny and hot for the start, Hadley is leaving and returning home after a bad couple of days, losing her job then finding her boyfriend in bed with someone else, she meets a hunk on the flight she's on; 'Finally my brain starts to function past it's "Me Jane, He Tarzan, He Hot" phase'.
This is a hot and steamy but heartwarming story about Hadley, Conrad, Brooks, Austin and his daughter Evelyn along with a host of other brilliant characters.

This one was a quick, fun read! The writing flowed well, and I appreciated how the story unfolded, even if a few moments that were built up felt a bit anticlimactic—like there was a lot of tension around something only for it to fizzle out. Definitely underwhelming.

The romance was steamy and full of energy, though some parts didn’t feel entirely realistic. Still, the small-town vibe, the messy love triangle… or, more accurately, quadrangle?… kept me entertained. The characters had personality, the chemistry was sizzling, and the story didn’t drag, which made it a really easy read.

Overall, it’s not perfect, but it’s a fun, flirty, cozy romance with enough twists and heart to keep fans of MFMM, small-town rom-coms, and steamy one-night-stand-turned-more stories happy.

While this book hits all the feels, I was really disappointed that it felt like almost the same exact plot as the previous book I had just read by this author.

Yes the child in this one was a little older , the mom situation a bit different, but it felt repetitive and that probably pulled me out of being totally engrossed in the book.

Since this was only my second time reading a book by this author it does make me scared to pick out another one from her collection to read even if the writing is good. I don’t want to be stuck with a wash, rinse and repeat again even if some details like jobs are different.

I’ll have to be sure that there isn’t already a child in the picture just to change it up.

If you are looking for spice- it has it!

My Three Hometown Hard Hats - Lacey Day

I’m completely obsessed with the way this author writes their characters. Their writing as a whole is very bingeable. I love Hadley, Austin, Conrad, and Brooks. I love the side characters, like Evie and Greyson. The relationship dynamics were so entertaining. I’m so excited to see how this author continues the series. I highly recommend the book and I’m so glad I was gifted a copy.

Hadley loses her job and goes to her hometown to help her mother who is about to have hip surgery and try to figure out what to do next. On the plane ride home she becomes a member of the mile high club without learning her partner’s name. Once home she reunites with her friend Austin, his young daughter Evelyn, Austin’s friend Conrad & Brooks. Imagine her surprise when her partner from the plane turns out to be Conrad.

Hadley gets a job at a local animal shelter while figuring out her life. The story follows the trials and tribulations of not only Hadley but the 3 men as they navigate their relationship. It results in a predictable HEA that, of course, includes Evelyn.

I absolutely adored their story. Hadley and her men were everything—gentle, strong, and unwavering in their love. The bond she formed with Austin’s daughter was tender and genuine, like watching a new family bloom in real time. And that epilogue? It shattered me in the best way. When the little girl asked Hadley, “Are you my mom now?”—I was a puddle of tears 😭. That single question carried so much hope, healing, and love.

Each of the three men brought something beautiful to the table, and together they made Hadley feel truly cherished. Honestly, three is the magic number 😉—not just in love, but in the way they created a home filled with warmth and devotion.

Lacey Day is an extraordinary author who knows how to captivate her readers hearts and attention. My Three Hometown Hard Hats is the first installment in the Aspen Springs series. This heartwarming story is well developed, has a great plot and drew me in and held me captive from page one. That prologue was hot AF!!! The main characters are fun and likeable and the chemistry between them is off the charts hot. Secondary characters help bring this story to life as well. Highly recommend reading and I look forward to reading more from the series.

“My Three Hometown Hard Hats” by Lacey Day

-This is book one in the Aspen Springs series. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.

Hadley’s return home brings her face-to-face with three swoon-worthy men—one of them her mile-high mystery. Conrad, Brooks, and Austin each bring charm, spice, and heart in this steamy small-town romance.

With laugh-out-loud moments, emotional warmth, and a precocious kid, this story hits all the feels. It is a sexy, fast-paced ride full of heat, humor, and happily ever afters.

So good, love Lacey's books. Love Hadley, Austin, Conrad, Brooks, Evelyn and Cash from start to finish. Austin is a fantastic single dad that has the help of not only Brooks and Conrad but Hadley's mom and brother helping with Evelyn. Hadley comes home after 5 years in New York and seamlessly fits right in. Brooks will keep you laughing while Conrad will make your heart patter. Can't forget the old gossips in town they are a hoot. I sure hope that Sierra, Grayson, Tucker and Warren have a book in the works.

Hadley is headed back home after life took a bad turn...cheating ex and losing her job in one day. She meets Conrad on the plane and joins the mile high club. She sees her brother's best friend Austin at their mom's house. She meets Brooks (Conrad's twin) when they are working one her mom's house. The boys all want Hadley and she seems to want them too. Lots of hot scenes, laughter and a sweet little girl named Evelyn (Austin's daughter). Great story about an unconventional relationship that works for them.

Cinnamon roll

Love all the mmcs but I waited for the drama, the climax and it never came, this was all in love at first sight but even hallmark gives you some drama.
All in all each male had distinct personalities so it wasn't confusing as to who was talking during a scene.
The sex wasn't kinky but a decent amount maybe 3.5/5 spice depends on your level of spice.
Bonus epilogue was just extra sex scene didn't show more future, author already made stuff clear at the end of the book, wasn't a fan of her choices.
Overall worth the read.

Feel good story…

After reading a rather intense trigger warning heavy series I was looking for something that wasn’t dramatic, no third act breakup, but wholesome in a RH/WC small town way. This was such a sweet story. A rando hookup on an airplane lead to a twin brother and the FMC’s best friend. Yep all different men, but each perfect for her. This book isn’t deep, but it is an amazing palate cleanser. Thank you Ms. Day for writing such low drama book. Some days it is exactly what the doctor ordered!

This book—oh my goodness—I could not get enough of it! The characters were magnetic, and I seriously need more of them in my life. The chemistry? Off-the-charts 🔥🔥 Each connection was intense in its own way, and when they came together… whew, scorching. The tension, the build-up, the release—everything was written to perfection. It’s sensual, emotional, and addictive. I can’t sing its praises enough. This one’s going on my re-read list for sure.

This one starts hot and continues to deliver. When Hadley sees Brooks for the first time, I just giggled. Brooks is so funny and irreverent. Connor is swoony. Austin has dad vibe and the long history. All three made a great combination. I really liked the Grayson didn’t go full over protective brother when Austin accidentally called her Sweetheart. Well written as always with great characters and amazing steam. Wonderful HEA.

What an awesome story! From start to finish, the characters "had me". They captivated my attention with their down-to earth personas, their story unique yet no less fulfilling.
The author gave us just the right balance of heat along with the pure love only a child can give, creating the perfect family vibes.
A thoroughly enticing and inviting tale!.
