This is not quite what I thought it was; it's more of a business thing. My mistake, it says it right under the title. And it's old, from 2007, but a lot of what he talks about - looking at things from a different pov, trying to switch things about - that's stuff I keep reading about currently.
And it doesn't hurt to learn some new ways of looking at things.
