Great recipes.

Great for anyone with digestive issues or diseases. I have SIBO, a Leakey Gut and many other health issues and the GAPS diet is the only diet that has helped me manage all my issues.

Has some good recipes! Still trying to convince my kids to eat the yogurt :).
