I laughed, I cried, I forgot this was a book that I read! and I wasn`t gonna add it but I was feeling down on myself for no real reason and I searched it (or something like it) and found it! So now it counts in the eyes of someone else! So I`m gonna add the other 4 that I`ve read! Just to add them and make me feel better about my lack of reading. Smooth Dave, realllllll nice. Cheating the blog. Way to go.

This book was very informative if you want to take your real estate test. I think I forgot all of it. Most of it is kind of common knowledge. Sort of. I built a house with my cousin a few years ago pretty much from scratch so most of it made sense to me. I`m sure you don`t have to know any of the stuff in this book to be a sales person though. I don`t think anyone I know who`s in it knows any of this stuff.

This makes me feel good. Also, it`s a great book if you want to pass the mandatory test. So there`s that. Nothing better than an automatic audience. This book was tops. Best one out of all of 'em! Also if you're reading this and you've got this far stop reading this and go read this. As to say that. This book. The one I'm reviewing. Read that. Not this. Why are you reading this? It doesn't make sense. No one would read a review on a textbook. A mandatory text at that. Just read the stupid thing. Get it over with. Stop stalling. Or just stop reading this. It's nonsense. I only do it to prove I'm here. I do so few creative things these days... I need to step it up. Or do I?... yeah. Probably. Go to bed man. You're tired.
