They find that Peter Whitcomb believes that someone is trying to ruin his reputation and sabotage his work. Strange things happen after the family arrives at the beach house Peter loans them for their stay. Rags has a whole new hunting ground to practice his klepto tendencies. Tendencies that at least two will be grateful for when Rags appropriates a bloodied necklace that leads help to finding them and medical assistance being called.
Once again Rag's and his antics bring a smile to your lips and having you laugh out loud. There is suspense and clues for readers to follow to the very end when Patricia Fry finally reveals the identity of the villain. Fast moving and well written The Gallery Cat Caper provides humor and entertainment to its readers. With amazing characters that have been become close friends. My favorite of course is Rags. With each new story I find that I find under his spell more and more. Each story is always a surprise. I always think the newest is the best one yet. By rights I should be at a rating of 6.5 out of 5 stars.

Lots of fun
Drama, mystery and lots of laughter. I just love Raggs😻😻😻. Now I m going to the next book in the aeries. I can’t do much except read these fun books. And a weekly shopping for groceries trip.

Rags just gets better and better I wish I could take care of a cat. But not a Rags. Fun to think about.

To light and foo foo for real (cat) mystery fans
Ragsdale (Rags) the "Klepto Cat" doesn't get enough time in this book. So that leaves Savannah and Michael to do the "sleuthing".
I found the book to slow at best, but more ridiculous than anything.
I knew almost immediately what was happening, so I found it ridiculous that Peter, the successful artist could be so blind at what was taking place in his gallery, weekly.
But for Savannah to take so long to put the pieces together was just absurd!
I love a good cat mystery, but this just isn't one them.
Ragsdale (Rags) the "Klepto Cat" doesn't get enough time in this book. So that leaves Savannah and Michael to do the "sleuthing".

Cat at the Shore
In this eighth installment of the Klepto Cat Mysteries, Savannah and her family travel to the California shore to stay in a house owned by one of Michael's old friends from college who is now a famous artist, Peter Whitcomb. It seems ideal, but Savannah senses danger. Strange and bizarre things had happened to Peter, and continue happen while Savanna and Michael are there. Someone's life may be at stake, and it's up to Savannah and Michael and the cats, particularly Rags, the klepto cat to solve the mystery before a catastrophic event occurs.

A wonderful account of family life with mystery and a touch of paranormal staring Rags, the Klepto Cat, an easy relaxing read. The Iverys accept an invitation from an old friend of Michaels to spent the summer in his beach house. Peter, his friend is having minor problems at his gallery and wants some help. Rags manages to get out of the house a few times has adventures. The ending is unusual.

a very nice cozy mystery. Rags is a cat who has the uncanny ability of finding and pointing out clues. He also is a Klepto cat as he brings home "treasures" belonging to other people and leaving them on the front porch.
I read this without having read the previous books in the series. I don't know if that is good or bad, but I thought it was a good stand alone cozy.

I've read all of miss Fry's books and this one was different from the rest. Savannah is different. Not as good as all the rest

Cat caper
Another terrific story of Rags the Klepto cat. Plenty of mystery to keep you interested and reading. Lots of new characters with new mysteries to follow. A unread.

Cat detective
Great book, the twists and turns of the various suspects and regular characters kept your interest until the end. Always enjoy the part the cats play in the story.
