The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten Vol.9 By Saekisan
This series is just amazing and super duper diabetic wholesome. Another great volume starts right after the end of volume 8. In this volume, Amane basically does the whole preparation for Mahiru's upcoming birthday.
The whole build up to the birthday wasn't that special, in fact, i would say this volume has a okay-ish first half, things happened but they weren't all that memorable save the parents teacher meeting. Also, sadly, there wasn't more of Amane's part-time.
"“But, now that I think about it, the fact that you can cry so openly now is a cause for celebration. It shows that you have gained the strength to show yourself to others in times of vulnerability.”"
What made this volume good was the last chapter, the longest chapter in the volume, the main event the birthday. There were plenty of surprises for Mahiru. It was super wholesome, and some parts were very heartwarming.
The character development of Mahiru is quite apparent. It felt quite good reading that part of the book.
