I have made shine on a few occasions still a beginner. It was somewhat helpful for someone who never has made shine. And that's it. Hell the corn whiskey recipe won't work. Don't want your time.

I make 20 gallons of mash at a time. The only thing this author pushed so hard were the heads. ALWAYS give them to the gods and goddess by dumping.

Enjoyed the book, has some good information with simple explanations and recipes to go along with basic equipment designs and ideas.
