The beginning was slow, and I needed a moment to really get involved in the story, but when I did? Oh boy.
The book was great, really interesting. It had me at the edge of my seat more than once. The plot twists that I didn't expect, betrayal, deaths... It grabbed me by the throat, and the story only kept getting more interesting! I started thinking "Why is it so long?" finished thinking "Why is it so short? I need more!"
I honestly loved the story and characters (princess Amelia probably being my favourite), and can't wait for the next one. Especially with how this one ended.

Such an engaging book – I honestly couldn’t put it down! The surroundings are described in such a vivid and pleasant way that it feels like you’re right there. The characters are interesting and full of life. I can’t wait for the second part!
