3.5 stars (originally 4 but tbh it's 3.5 stars for me)
okay soooo i DID give this 4 stars BUT TBHHHH it's gonna have to be a 3.5 stars for me (not that i don't do 3.75 and things like just either it's half rating or full rating. that's just how i am lol).
ANYWAY SOOO despite the 3.5 stars (i also gave trust me always and defenseless hearts 3.5 stars), this one is my fave book surprisingly. i RLYYYY wanted to hate this one and rly stick to my hatred for chase BUT idk ya'll this book did smthn to me.

what i liked:
1) chase and paige's overall dynamic was enjoyable. i LOVEDDDDD the whole "i'm grateful" thing that they did with each other where they'd say smthn they were grateful for. OKAY that sounds corny BUT considering the fact that he was struggling sm deeply, it was just a rly sweet thing for paige to do and UGH those scenes were just so cute to me.
2) speaking of paige, i just LOVE HER!!! she's such a sweetie tbh.
3) yk when the book is just fun to read??? yeah idk why but this was sorta giving me the feeling i had when reading twisted games by ana huang. NOWWW LISTEN, twisted games is my fave one in that series and i know there's mixed feelings towards that series BUT i read twisted games in a day or two just bcz it was so fun and addicting. paige also reminded me a lot of bridget. this book was giving me the same vibes LOWKEY. the plot wasn't anything too CRAZY, MESSY, HEARTBREAKING but it was still rly enjoyable and sweet...we'll talk abt the last 15 ish % tho.
4) i rly enjoyed the found family aspect in this one. BABY DEATON IS SO FRICKING CUTE 🥹🥹 i loe how the girls were with paige and how the boys were with chase. i rly like how the boys are with each other idk they're rly sweet and it's nice to see them straight up embracing each other and telling each other w/o shame how much they care and love each other it's sweet to me.
5) hot take (maybe idk?), but i didn't TOTALLY hate the nicknames. are they corny? yeah but are they better than pretty little? yes (if u read promise me not, you'll get what i mean). idk shortcake was kinda cute LMAO despite me hating the constant mention abt how tiny paige is (maybe it's bcz i kept thinking abt an actual shortcake and now i rly wanna try it). angel and butterfly were cute too (butterfly has a pre deep meaning in this book hence why i give it a pass). paige's nickname for chase was kinda corny now that i think abt it...."trouble" but eh, it kinda fits him LMAO.
6) the final scene was so cute! i HATEEE how these books mostly end with a smut scene BUT this one ended with noah and ari's wedding. it was a rly short scene but still very cutesy and made me emotional despite hating say you swear as well as not rly loving these books.
here's things i disliked:
1) there were rly long chapters.
2) paige being tiny was mentioned a lot and it was weird.
3) they fell a little too quick for my liking i think it was around the 30% or 40% mark and they liked each other. i know it was hinted from trust me always that they liked each other but idkkk they kept saying "oh i love this friendship" but it's like.....where? it's so obvious ya'll like each other.
4) that whole "test" thing from the grandpa RUINED THIS FOR ME. it was so DUMB i hated that. idk what the point was of this fricking grandpa.
5) speaking of pointless, the mom??? WTF. this lady stole all of chase's tuition for his next semester and then when he was begging for it back, she was crying....but just LEFT??? we got NO explanation for it either it just that and then that's it. no closure, NOTHING.
6) what's up with the random mentions of someone being engaged or preggers? WHEN TF WAS ARI PREGNANT WHAT? LOLLI BEING PREGNANT TOO? PAYTON BEING ENGAGED? WTF??? WHY DID WE HAVE NO FUN SCENES OF THESE???
anyway character time:
paige....(randolph?) doesn't rly have a last name: okay randolph isn't rly her last name it's her grandpa's from her mom's side but whatever we got NO mention of this girl's last name. BUT ANYWAYYY she was so cute!! i rly liked her she's very sunshine girlie and i felt bad for her too. her grandpa being her only family tricking her made me feel rly bad for her. the fact that her stupid grandpa wouldn't just pay to get her studio fixed was rly manipulative. i felt rly bad for her when it came to her grief abt her dad and not rly having anyone except her friends. overall, she was a sweet character and was rly good for chase.
chase harper: LMAO OKAY OKAYYYY!!!!!! so he sorta redeemed himself I GUESS 🙄🙄 i felt bad for him especially since tbh he had his reasons to not tell his friends abt what was going on. his mom did him and his dad SO DIRTY. also i hate broke men but i'll give him a pass (haha i know of all people right?) since it was mostly just bcz of his mom. but anyway, he was rly good to paige too. i also RLY LIKED that he felt super guilty abt what he did (that sounds mean but i'm sorry what he did to ari was still SO WRONG). also him thinking he wasn't enough for paige - YESS PERIOD PATHETIC MAN HAHA!! i defs think he could've communicated better but again, reading from his pov i get why he did what he did. ALSO him using that money that grant gave him to fix paige's studio?? PERIODDD 🤭🤭 anywayyy, he's sorta redeemed in my eyes or WHATEVER 😏
them as a romance:
TBH I RLY LOVED THEM TOGETHER!!!!!!!! they were so cute and peaceful for the most part. despite them lacking communication, they were just so sweet to each other and honestly they both are rly good for each other too. they found peace in each other and man they're freaky BUT ANYWAY, i think they had a rly adorable dynamic. aside from the smut too, they weren't extremely lusty either. i loved their scenes in school and during chase's football practices/games. overall, i loved them as a couple! 💙
other characters:
grandpa grant: what an annoying ass hag. again, the whole test thing was just STUPID. he ruined the plot for me bcz tbh it had a lot of potential. he got away with lying to chase and paige too quickly.
chases's parents: hate the mom, love the dad. the mom was just horrible and we got 2 scenes of her without any closure. the dad was rly sweet tho i felt rly bad for him.
the friends: they're all cute. happy for all of them and their endings but WHY was there no mention of kenra at all? lolli and nate were mentioned, even parker was mentioned a few times but no kenra? a little confused with THAT but whatever i guess.
ANYWAY, I'M DONE WITH THIS SERIES!!! OUT OF THE TRENCHES YA'LL 😍😍

okay ya'll.....IDK WHAT HAPPENED BUUUUUUUUT SOMEHOW this ended up being the BEST book in the series.....as for my hatred for chase.....did i hate chase? nahh i never hated him (ignore the previos reviews). anyway, shoutout to paige bcz she's one of the best parts abt this book. also, the final scene was actually cute and i may or may not sorta actually rly miss this group. ❤️ rtc!

I always pick the wrong book to read on release day. Thank Fuck this series is over. Should’ve been a standalone because none of these books compared to say you swear.
First of all, no. Chase never got a redemption arc for me. He is still annoying. This actually solidified my annoyance with him. This motherfucker went into like 30 spirals throughout the book gaslighting himself on situations that hadn’t happened yet he was the own cause of 90% of his issues. Also, we never like fully talk about his past and what he did we skim over a lot of it, but he was an issue throughout the last three books and we may talk about one of them?? For a paragraph?..
Now my girl, Paige, where the fuck did this storyline even come from? Never saw it coming like this was not hinted in the last book. I am so confused on how this contemporary romance became some like grandfather mafia billionaire thing… I don’t even get me started on that goddamn bullshit
Thirdly, the mother was like the catalyst of this entire story and we maybe got two scenes with this mother like she is the main point of so many problems and there was no conclusion. There was no closure. There was no nothing besides the fact that she shows up twice. There was nothing else regarding this, even though she was his entire issue. She caused so much pain for him and his father, and we got nothing closing that up??? Where was his never speak to me, rot in hell text..
AND OH MY FUCKING GOD, DONT GET ME STARTED ON HOW FUCKING “TINY” the amount of times he said how small, how tiny, like DAMN. WE GET IT YOUR 6’ and SHES 5’ BUT LIKE WHY ARE YOU MAKING IT SEEM CHILD LIKE ?!? SHES OLDER THAN YOU… the first couple times OK till I get the height difference, but after it was like enough was enough I’m tired of hearing about this. Also, and all the fan art they’re like basically the same fucking height in the stickers. They’re the same height as everyone you can’t tell she’s fucking short.
There were so many plot holes in this that just did not close up so many random potholes that came out of nowhere and I feel like she threw whatever she could at the storyline to try to make it as dramatic as Say you swear, and it just did not hit again I will say thank God this was the only man who did not want to drop out for whatever reason he was like basically forced to drop out.
What the fuck is with Megan and wanting these dropout kids who can’t fucking finish college get the goddamn degree and finish it you’ve got one more year. His chase story made sense but these other kids were driving me fucking crazy. I will never forgive Mason.
These books make me wanna ram my head into a wall. The only saving grace was that Chase was the narrator, but his high-pitched version of Brady was not it for me either.
The actual only saving grace of this book was the ending. And also the part that says here’s a bonus chapter of Ari and Noah that’s what that book should’ve just been.
Either she only truly understands Noah’s character or I don’t know, but you cannot convince me that the same person who wrote say you swear, wrote these three books because the writing is not the same. These three books do not compare to the first one say you swear.
Anyways, thank fuck this series is over. I will only read other books if they are novellas of Noah and Ari possibly Cameron and Brady, but my heart breaks at the fact that I am such a ride or die for Say you swear and this series just did not do anything for me after that book. I will always love say you swear and always recommend it, I will never recommend the rest of the books.

насправді, моє ставлення до нього змінилось ще в третій частині, тому до його історії я підходила вже без негативу. але, госпаді, як же тривожно в його голові. перша половина книги - це просто одні й ті самі думки по колу і суцільна тривожність, яка захопила мене разом із ним 😵💫
потім усе налагоджується, і ти видихаєш. поринаєш у вже знайому велику родину друзів, відпочинок у пляжному будиночку, веселі ігри у прохолодному океані та затишні розмови біля багаття 🌅
загалом із відбілюванням чейза авторка непогано впоралася. я не могла не проникнутись і не співпереживати йому. до гг, розвитку лл від друзів до закоханих та спайсі сцен питань немає. в розпусті авторка навіть вирішила нас побалувати і додати більше моментів, ніж у попередніх книгах, і ще більш смачних. усе ясно, ще й сексом вирішила нас закохати у чейза 😑😁

насправді, моє ставлення до нього змінилось ще в третій частині, тому до його історії я підходила вже без негативу. але, госпаді, як же тривожно в його голові. перша половина книги - це просто одні й ті самі думки по колу і суцільна тривожність, яка захопила мене разом із ним 😵💫
потім усе налагоджується, і ти видихаєш. поринаєш у вже знайому велику родину друзів, відпочинок у пляжному будиночку, веселі ігри у прохолодному океані та затишні розмови біля багаття 🌅
загалом із відбілюванням чейза авторка непогано впоралася. я не могла не проникнутись і не співпереживати йому. до гг, розвитку лл від друзів до закоханих та спайсі сцен питань немає. в розпусті авторка навіть вирішила нас побалувати і додати більше моментів, ніж у попередніх книгах, і ще більш смачних. усе ясно, ще й сексом вирішила нас закохати у чейза 😑😁

I'm still crying. Snot nose crying and tears burning. This man deserves the absolute world. I forget anything he did in Say You Swear. None of it matters other than him getting his happy ending🥹
I have a obsession with broken men in books. I love how they cling to the only hope they have and that being their woman. And Chase filled that special place in my heart. Hes damaged and broken and feels like hes not worthy , but Paige is the only cure in his life. The puzzle piece he needed. If two people deserve true happiness its them.
I had no doubt in my mind I would love this. I have been bouncing my knee waiting for HIS story, seeing how his brain worked and his silent part in the group. I am just so proud of him. Every bit of me knew he wouldnt let me down🥹 Now I love Noah...but Chase may have earned top spot😭

I binged the heck out of this book. I’ve been so excited for Chase to get his HEA. It’s been years in the making! I knew Meagan was going to put us through it and pair him with the perfect FMC, and honestly, this book exceeded my expectations. Chase’s HEA was everything we all needed. If you’ve been following this series from the beginning like I have, you know exactly what I’m talking about! It was an honor to get to read this book early, and I will forever cherish this series. Each book has stolen my heart in its own way.
Chase feeling unworthy of the world and the love he had around him will never not gut me. The remorse this man felt after everything he put Ari through was sooo thick! Throughout the series, you learn to love this beautiful man’s heart more and more, but I never expected this kind of redemption arc. It was so much more than I imagined. Chase has one of the biggest hearts of any MMC I’ve ever read about, and he continuously takes care of the people around him while handling life changing heartache. It was all just so beautifully done. And pairing him with an FMC like Paige couldn’t have been executed better.
We meet Paige early on in the series as Noah’s best friend, but to see her end up with Chase was incredibly well planned on Meagan’s part. She was absolutely adorable and the little ray of sunshine Chase needed, his very own Certified Negativity Exorcist. She became his touchstone, and I just loved watching the friendship they shared become so much more.
I will forever be in love with the way Meagan is ending this series. Chase’s book was 100% worth the wait, and I can’t wait for more books from her. She truly is such a beautiful writer and creates MCs with the biggest hearts.

They were the perfect cast to bring this beautiful book to life. I fell in love with Chase Brown’s narration for the first time in Promise Me Not, and I was so excited to see him return for this series. He did such a wonderful job bringing out the best parts of Chase. Every strong emotion, the love he felt for Paige, and the quiet heartache he carried. It was a beautiful performance and exactly what we needed for Chase.
And my gosh, did he nail this dirty-talking MMC! “Stay still.” YES, SIR.
Lily Drake is a longtime favorite! Her beautiful voice was perfect as Paige. I was so happy to see her cast for this book and knew she’d do an incredible job bringing Paige to life in the sweetest, sunshiny way and she absolutely did. I can’t recommend this audiobook enough. It was so well done!

Every spicy scene made me cringe. I hated his dialogue and everything he said during. Also “Angel” is def my new most hated and CRINGIEST pet name 🤢🤢🤢. I had to stop myself from gagging every time he said it.

I was dying to read this book by Meagan Brandy!😩 I couldn't believe when I got accepted for an early copy of this book, because my hopes were pretty low after I got rejected the other times I applied for one.🥹 Soooo grateful for the opportunity and I must thank Meagan and her team from the bottom of my heart for this!🩷
Even from when I finished 'Trust Me Always' I wanted for Chase to have his happy ending too. He has gone through so many heartbreaking moments, which slowly changed him and made him feel like an outsider in his own group of friends, because of the betrayal he was part of in the past. Now, he wasn't in the best place yet, but one girl has definitely creeped into his heart and started to break his walls, little by little. Paige was the ray of sunshine which enlightened Chase's days and made them bearable. But can Chase get over the mistakes he's made and accept that he deserves happiness? Can he be considered good enough for sweet Paige??
Ohhh, this story affected me so, so much!! I felt those raw, heartbreaking emotions into my bones. It had such opposite sides, because at one moment you felt like crying, then you couldn't happier because of how things were. Chase definitely didn't have the easiest way into reaching his happiness, always being something which made things harder for him. I was elated to see him with a smile on his face when he was in Paige's presence, making my heart squeeze so hard.🥹 I adoored their connection and how beautifully things have shifted between them and how sweet their connection was. They completed each other so well and I hated that there were some outside things that threatened their happiness.
It was sooo worth the wait for this book, glad that I could finally have this closure for Chase after everything he's been put through in the other previous books. He already had a part of my heart even from 'Say you swear', being heartbroken because of all the pain he had to endure and I needed to have this closure for him. I loved this whole series, falling in love with each character present in them!🩷

When I first started The Boys of Avix and first met Chase in Say You Swear, I never thought I’d end up here. But I am so insanely happy that I have. Chase’s redemption arc was beautiful, emotional, and deeply touching. My heart broke for this guy over and over. Meagan Brandy was right, I LOVE Chase.
Paige is the perfect person for Chase. Their friendship was what they both needed. They liked and supported each other, talked to each other and understood each other before anything romantic happened. Their foundation was solid, and reading how their love story blossomed was such a joy. They both give to each other what the other needs. They heal each others broken parts and they both love very selflessly.
Poor Chase goes through A LOT. Your heart will break for him over and over again but it WILL mend in the end. But this was an emotional ride. I got sucker punched several times and worked so hard not to but I always ended up crying. Chase is a broken wounded man who thinks so negatively about himself that he doesn’t see his own worth. Sadly life keeps playing into those negative thought patterns and the boy TRIES so hard, so many times. This guy is a FIGHTER. Everything with school, his family, football, and his inability to forgive himself for his mistakes were so painful to read. But it was beautiful seeing him keep getting back up, keep fighting, and love selflessly even when he didn’t make the best choices, his heart was always in the right place. He loved SO hard that it made him sacrifice himself time and again for the people he loves.
Paige is a gorgeous character with such a pure beautiful soul. She lives selflessly and always wants to help others and wants to live up to all her dad wanted for her. Her motivation for all her choices is always based in love. She is the perfect personality to put the pieces of Chase’s heart back together. She understands him, knows him so well, protects him, and heals him. I loved her open heart for everyone, how her biggest dreams involved helping others and I adored how she honored her dad and how he influenced her.
I loved the end of this book. I love how we get a glimpse into the future and I cried so many happy tears. I’m so sad this has now completed this series I adore them so much. I miss them all already but I couldn’t be happier with where they all end up. This perfect found family that loves so fiercely. They will all stay with me. Thank you Meagan for so many emotions, so much joy, and these stunning characters.

Okay but in all seriousness… say you swear remains my favorite in this series. But I will say I did enjoy this one more than I thought I would. Chase went through the ringer, and I think he finally got the redemption Meagan wanted him to get. Is he my favorite character still ? No not at all, did I still enjoy his story? yes. But also I do think this book was longer than it needed to be and the plot lines got a little clunky towards the end. Which I am finding is a trend with this author.
There were certain things I do t think needed to be pointed out every chapter. I do wish there was more diversity in MBs books every character falls under a certain description and never veers from that and as a diverse reader it’s just a shame.
But oh well it is what it is. Overall I liked it. Will I read it again? No.
Say You Swear is the anomaly in this series and will forever remain one of my favorite books. And likely will be the only one i reread.
But did i sob during Noah’s bonus chapter ? Yes I adored it. Didn’t care for Ari’s though unfortunately.

I absolutely needed Chase’s redemption & this one did not let down! Our boy showed a side we all needed to see & the emotions in this one were so good. I absolutely loved him and a Paige! Their connection, the friendship! Truly amazing.

Keep Me Never is the final book in the Avix series - and while it isn't 100% necessary to read all of the books before it - I HIGHLY recommend it so you get the full effects of not just Chase's story but if all the side characters as well.

This book was bittersweet and I absolutely adored it. Chase's story finishing off the Avix series & it was... I have no words. Chase's story was more than I could have ever expected & the whole gang together brought the feeling of rightness, a feeling of home. And the story made me feel all the things. It was cute and sweet. And had me kicking my feet in giddiness one minute, and an emotional wreck the next. I swooned, I cried, I gasped & I didn't want it to ever end - not just Chase's story but finishing off the series of characters I fell in love with. Chase's story was the perfect conclusion to a beloved series.

Sleep hahaha doesn’t exist when Chase lands on your Kindle because the final story in this series is a drop everything and read now book!
Paige and Chase’s story was an angst filled roller coaster that had me skipping sleep because I had to know where their journey would lead. Both had been through the the fires of unfairness and yet through it all they found something in each other that quieted the noise.
Paige’s world had been turned upside down and as she tried to navigate the choice she needed to make she became a beacon of light for Chase because through her turmoil Paige didn’t let the world drown her. She still fought for everything she wanted, all her dreams and that strength is what anchored Chase.
The way these two showed up for each other is one of the many reasons why I love to read Brandy’s books. She created characters that are so easy to relate to. I felt so connected to Chase and Paige. They were easy to fall for and the sadness of this being the end of the series is eclipsed by the happiness I feel for them and this entire group.
This series brought so many laughs, tears and moments that will always live on in my book loving heart.

Are you kidding me with the amount of secrets and just non communication on both ends. Don’t even get me started on the bottling of emotions 🤬 it was only in the last 12% that he grew some balls but it was too late, I hated him and there was no changing of my mind!

It’s the redemption story we have been waiting for!! And boy does Chase deliver!! The first chapter of his I was instantly hooked. It was great to see him not only process what he’s going on but what he felt for the rest of the crew. Paige is beyond the sweetest person. Her and Chase have both been so much and that’s what brings them to understanding each other.
This book was a great book for the end of Avix series. I am so sad to see them go but Meagan made sure to tie everything up in a pretty bow. With an amazing surprise cameo with an amazing snippet of information that made me squeal!
I’m sad to say goodbye to The Boys of Avix but I’m glad they all got their HEA

chase and paige were such a good surprise!!! i never really liked chase since say you swear and i think it's valid but after reading the other books he became less annoying and i started to like him a little bit and now because of this book i truly respect him and he's so selfless and thinks so bad of himself that i just wanted to hug him during the whole freaking book like MAN you're changed, you were young and made a huge mistake, the other people in your family who consider you family have pass that so you definitely should too but deep down he always felt like what he did had no turning back and felt so so bad i actually loved him even more and so glad paige was there to be his light to be his salvation and to be his angel, it was a really emotional story in such a good way i loved it!! then paige my beautiful cute softie heart of gold woman who deserves nothing but happiness ugh such a queen and so kind and also selfless the way she was always there for the ones she truly loves and cares deeply, finding out she had more family damn what a journey she took!! this one isn't a full five stars because that scene with her grandfather wasn't my fave and the whole "test" situation what the hell do you mean?? but overall loved it, made me love and care so deeply for chase and so happy for them!! the ending had me bawling my eyes out, these characters this amazing wonderful funny and wholesome family owns me and the ending was so damn beautiful!! i needed more i guess i can't tell you 100% what but more into the future maybe? nah idk it ended pretty well and you do feel like it's an ending and at the same time the actual beginning of their whole lives and future truly amazing and you should go read it now!! so grateful for meagan and her team to give me this opportunity to read the arc, this series means the world 🤍

My sweet, sweet Chase…his redemption story was everything I didn’t know I needed and way more😭
Chase is such a broken boy and he’s completely forgiven for everything that happened in earlier books. He truly is a match with Paige. I fell in love with their story and I’m so sad this series is coming to an end.
I laughed, and I cried…boy did I cry. Chase Harper brought me to my knees. He loves SO hard and to see his mindset from the previous books about broke me. His love for Paige was blinding…so incredibly beautiful.
Paige is something fierce and I love the way she builds Chase up and is always there for him. Meagan got me with some twists that I didn’t see coming! Jaw meet floor☠️
I’m so, so sad to see this group come to a close. Brb while I go figure out what to read now😅….maybe Say You Swear👀

The fourth and final book of the Boys of Avix series and I feel so blessed to have gotten the opportunity to read an ARC of it! If you’re like me and you were worried you’d have a book about Chase, fear not my friends. It was truly a wonderful redemption arc and wrap up to the series. ❤️

Only Meagan Brandy can make us so upset with a character and then at the end of the series make us fall in love with him so deeply that we’ll protect him at all costs. I am so sad to finish the Boys of Avix series but it was the perfect conclusion and full circle moment for all the characters.

I wasn't expecting much for this book, so it was ok.
it could've been way better if Chase just stopped being such a whiny little thing!
The internal pitty party took the whole book to end!
Seriously... I think I'm not finding the right word in English to explain him and his train wreck of thoughts.
In portuguese I would call him "Mimizento", but I don't think there's an English word for that LMFAO 🤣... so I'll just call him "the hoe is me/cry baby/good for nothing/mommy issues/poor little me" and leave at that.
Removing all his low self esteem, I liked the story and lived to see the small glimpses of the only character who carried this whole series on his strong back, my man Noah!
There're not a single character in this series capable of the same amount of love and respect we all have got Noah, but that's ok...
Even the author knows that, considering that the epilogue of this book was Noah and Aria's wedding 🤣🤣🤣

3.5⭐️ Firstly, a huge thank you to Meagan Brandy and her PR team for the ARC! I honestly enjoyed this more than I expected considering how much I disliked Chase in Say You Swear. Will he ever be my favourite person? Probably not 😅 But I definitely found myself empathising with him this time around. His character growth and vulnerability made him much easier to root for.
Paige, on the other hand, is such an angel! She’s patient, kind, and understanding. I knew I would like her from the time she was first introduced as Noah’s friend (I trust his judgment 😌) so I was not let down.
The found family in this series completely melts my heart! I do wish we got a few more meaningful interactions between Chase and Ari though.
I was living for every single crumb of Noah and Ari (please Meagan, we need another Noah and Ari book 🙏🏾).

I wanted to love this book but it fell flat to me. Paige was so sweet but gosh was she boring. Honestly it didn’t seem like she really had many opinions about anything. Chase was insufferable for most of the book and there were a lot of loose ends for me. Why could he not take out a student loan for his last semester? What happened to his mom the last time she came to see him? Chase was eating protein bars only when in this day and age they get fed lunch for being an athlete. Just didn’t seem like research was done very much and it was lacking. I was really bored.

With that being said you have to read all the books leading up to this one or you’ll be missing a lot of content. This poor broken man has no idea that he deserves good things. To be honest in the other books Chase doesn’t have a great reputation (which it’s only the outsiders point of view). When you get to see Chase? My god. 😭 I’ve cried, I’ve laughed & more importantly Meagan made me love Chase, no one can top my Noah, but this man? He’s up there. 👏🏼

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? Keep Me Never was everything I hoped it would be and more. This is the final book in the Avix series, and while you could read it as a standalone, I can’t recommend enough diving into the entire series first so you can truly experience every layer of these characters and their journeys.
Chase’s story is one I’ve been waiting on since I first read Say You Swear two year’s ago, and Meagan Brandy did not disappoint. On the outside, Chase has it all, but on the inside, he’s unraveling. Haunted by betrayal and trying to hold himself together, he never expects Paige to crash into his world and change everything. Their connection is raw, emotional, and full of the kind of tension that makes your heart race and your eyes sting.
This book was the definition of bittersweet. It made me laugh, cry, swoon, and ugly sob all within a few chapters. Meagan perfectly balances angst and healing, heartbreak and redemption. Chase and Paige’s love story was an emotional roller coaster I didn’t want to get off of, even if it meant losing sleep to finish “just one more chapter.”
The found family vibes in this series are unmatched. Seeing the whole crew come together again felt like coming home, and that full-circle ending left me smiling through tears. Chase’s redemption arc was flawless, his loyalty, his heart, his growth… everything hit exactly how it should.
Meagan Brandy delivered the perfect conclusion to a beloved world and characters that will stick with me for a long time. My heart is full, my emotions are wrecked, and I’m already hoping for a next-generation spin-off because I’m not ready to say goodbye.

Chase and Paige’s love story was an emotional roller coaster I didn’t want to get off of, even if it meant losing sleep to finish “just one more chapter.”
The found family vibes in this series are unmatched. Seeing the whole crew come together again felt like coming home, and that full-circle ending left me smiling through tears. Chase’s redemption arc was flawless, his loyalty, his heart, his growth… everything hit exactly how it should.
Meagan Brandy delivered the perfect conclusion to a beloved world and characters that will stick with me for a long time. My heart is full, my emotions are wrecked, and I’m already hoping for a next-generation spin-off because I’m not ready to say goodbye.

Thank you to Meagan for this eArc💜 I can’t believe this series is done. I’ve loved spending (fictional) summers with this funny, charming, wholesome, wild, entertaining found family. I really loved this book though I was on the edge of my seat 24/7, waiting for the ball to drop because I knew Meagan would hit us with some random plot twists that would destroy our emotions & put us through hell. Though in no way could I have predicted what was about to happen in this book- my guess was completely off (but I’m very glad it was) lmao😅
Paige suits her nickname because she truly is an angel. She is uplifting, selfless, kindhearted, sweet, supportive, & an optimist. She brings sunshine & joy with her wherever she goes. I absolutely HATED Chase in book 1 (iykyk) but I’ve slowly been warming up to him as the series progressed & I’m really glad that we finally got his story because hello, redemption arc!!! His growth & maturity were amazing to witness! His depression & struggle was written so well that it was palpable. I was genuinely hurting for him❤️🩹 I also empathised with the way he had so much going on in his mind & life, but didn’t want to share it with anyone because he believed he had to carry that burden alone. I honestly cried so much for him.
I’m not usually a fan of friends to lovers but this was done so well. These two were adorable together & had me feeling so giddy. Their relationship felt very natural & authentic, & they worked so well together, especially because of how well they read/understood one another. Oh & the spice? Hot! Chase was in AWE of Paige. His longing for her & the angst was palpable, & the quiet yet solid support Paige showed Chase was beautiful. I do wish we got a glimpse into the future for ALL the couples as this is the last book, but I’m still very happy with how it ended💜 Goodbye, Avix U🫂

I am the biggest fan of a redemption arc and if you read Say You Swear, then you know Chase required quite the arc! Meagan more than delivered. Technically you could read this one as a standalone but that would be a mistake 😜 Read them all. Perioddddd.
Keeping this spoiler free but the mouth on this man is 🔥 plus his loyalty to his friends, family and his girl = SWOONING FOREVER. I am already going to dive back in because I know there are tidbits I missed from devouring this bad boy! The FMC is truly his perfect match and brings out the man we always wanted him to be! Plus, the story she brings with her has me just in all the feels! ❤️❤️❤️
