A MMMM omegaverse (no m-preg) romance with 2 Omegas & 2 Alphas which are scent matched & all together! Their relationship I'd say is moderately angsty, not low or too high, but the real darkness comes from their past, the assholes of real world, & mental health issues.
So, of course I checked it out once I found it was released! I was gonna be busy today, so I barely read/skipped the 1st 1/3rd of the book, but then I was hooked & read the last 2/3rds thoroughly in 3hrs! Kinda from when all 4 are showed. I'll try this series, hopefully soon, fully.
Ves is the older omega with a cute daughter. V's in FBI, gruff, serious but cares too. His ex is BAD. Arlo is the younger omega, who's homeless but saved by Ves needing a nanny. Ar's sweet, cute & anxious.
Lennox does theatre. L's an alpha who's charming & sunshine, but has lonely, depressive episodes too. That made my heart ache 😭 for him. Baron is a psychopathic alpha (both alphas are stalkers actually lol), odd but cares. B's got anxiety too.
I liked how each of the MCs & their struggles are portrayed! Them being scent matched / fated mates helped them along with falling in love fast, but getting to the forming of their pack was quite the journey! V/B & L/A have more in common which was interesting to see. Pack of caring, (self proclaimed) assholes with their lovely beauty (tho I think they're all beautiful 🥰).
I like how none of the MCs knew eachother, so we were here for the whole ride 😁 as they formed bonds! Their chemistry is hot af, I love that they're all together & none felt left behind. Plus, we see heat & the bites 😍.
There's plot about mental health issues, but it's more so handled with communication, care & meds off page. There's abusers & p€dos here, so mind the TWs. Nothing too bad happens tho, & the revenge is sweet! I would've loved even more if it had more torture 😈

Lennox, Arlo, Ves, Barron and Cali were the perfect pack together. I was sucked in from the very first page of this book all the way to the end. The way that Jenn and Freya co-write so well never ceases to amaze me because wow, what a freaking masterpiece this one was.
I loved Cali. She’s Ves’s daughter and she was a ball of sunshine but she’s also got that fire. I just love how Ves is with her and when he needs a nanny for his daughter, that’s when Arlo comes in.
Arlo has been living on the streets and hasn’t had the best of luck, so when a nanny positions open up, things start to look a bit brighter for him. Even when he gets the job, he’s still cautious of everything but Ves makes him realize that he’s safe and sound.
I love how Ves and Arlo are such different omegas. Ves is the type don’t mess up and find out and I just love how he will not sugarcoat anything. The moment Arlo steps in is when the pack starts to come together.
And the gag scene of poor Lennox. Baron does not play around and I was here for it. At least he didn’t leave Rufus. I laughed when Baron called Ves only for him to show up with Arlo and Cali strapped to his chest and they were all in their pajamas.
If you’re looking for a dark romance with all the feels, a little romcom with the characters, a fiery little girl, a pack coming together, and two omegas, this book is for you!

A fabulous read in the Traumaverse series with 2 Omegas and 2 Alphas. A MMMM story about Ves and Arlo, the Omegas, who meet their scent matches in Alphas and Baron. The characters were all beautifully written with distinct personalities. Cali was also adorable. Dark, spicy and unhinged. A thrilling story.

This is Freya and Jenn’s second co-write and I already knew going into this one after the last book that I could expect a properly dark OV romance, with at least one of the MMCs being as morally grey as they come.
The characters made a real impression. The alphas are obsessive – stalking could be their middle names – while the older grouchy omega is protective as anything of his little girl after their ordeal at the hands of his ex. The younger omega, Arlo, made me fall in love with him within the first chapter.
I was completely taken with Arlo’s character. Gorgeously sweet and endlessly kind, the poor omega hasn’t had it easy his whole life. It hurt my heart that he’s convinced he’s not long-term material after everything he’s survived. Arlo so deserves to find his place in the world, a home and a family to find his own, and these three guys are going to give him everything he needs.
Cali is the most gorgeous, feisty little girl. Honestly, it would be impossible not to fall in love with her, and she rounded out this family perfectly.
Cali and Arlo are very much the heart of this group, and it’s the cutest thing watching them together and how quickly they bond. The other three would literally do anything to protect them and keep them safe, which I loved on so many levels. Overprotective in the best way!
I so enjoyed seeing this family come together and seeing how they balance each other out, ready to take on the world if needed. Something tells me, they’d come out on top!
This one gives off serious Criminal Minds vibes. Although there’s a HEA for this group, the serial killer is still out there and I’m expecting the orphan’s book to be even darker.

4.5 ⭐️ Great read! This was slow burn, angsty and touching read. It had its spicy moments, heartbreaking moments, funny moments sprinkled with darkness. The pack itself was sweet towards each other and Cali but not really towards most people on the outside of it….. completely excluding, sweet Arlo. They each have their own baggage and battles but they help each other the best they can.

This author duo is scary good. They both have a unique writing voice that works so well together.
This is a dark MMMM AAOO (all the boys are together) OV with major Criminal Minds vibes. If you’ve ever wondered what Hotch would be like as an omega, then I’d like to introduce you to Special Agent Sylvester March.
I tend to get worried when a standalone poly romance starts with no established relationships. I find that it’s difficulty to grow all of the separate relationships without making the book roughly the length of War and Peace. However, both of the authors have a great track record of advancing stories and romances in a way that doesn’t rely too heavily on overly convenient magical scent bonding insta love. Everything felt appropriately natural, without an exhausting length to get there.
What I really thought was special about this book in particular was that the story starts with the sense that it would follow one particular character primarily, but all of the characters had a good amount of time in the spotlight, and the final showdown with the Big Bad was NOT what I expected it to be.
If you love broken omegas finding their power, dominant omegas learning to trust, Viking alphas in corsets, or stalker alphas with a surprising amount of self awareness, then you’ll love this one.

Arlo has had a hard life and he at this point is just trying to get by day by day and his big break comes when a single dad Ves is looking for a little bit of help for his daughter, Callie she 6, Arlo answers a many job ad, and well they just both happened to click now of course they're both really circling that spice department and they are just barely dipping their toes in that but of course there's always going to be more you have two other men who are definitely circling that spicy drain you have Barron arms Lennox, both of those men are not out of the criminal game but as Ves is in FBI agent they do try to keep it on the down low of their extracurricular activities which is mostly just stocking the other two men
This author continues to be one of my absolute favorites and any and everything that she puts down I tend to just jump at the chance i
to get my hands on it.

A fantastic addition to the Traumaverse!
Just like Knot His Beast, Knotted Their Beauty sucked me in from the first page and kept me completely engrossed from start to finish.

Just like Knot His Beast, Knotted Their Beauty sucked me in from the first page and kept me completely engrossed from start to finish.

I received this book as an advance copy and these are my honest thoughts.
I don't know why I thought going into this it was mmf+ but I have never been happier to be wrong! This was such a rollercoaster of emotions! We first get to meet Arlo, who we saw briefly in Knot His Beast, starting over in LA after catching a bus out of farm country. He's a down on his luck young omega looking for a way to keep his nose down and survive. Enter Ves, a good looking middle of life omega looking for a nanny for his daughter. Both know you don't mix pleasure with business. The you have your two headstrong stubborn nosy Alphas, Baron and Lennox, as far apart socially as they can get. Lennox is fun loving, ready for most anything, will absolutely go with the flow. Baron is very set in his routine, isn't unwilling to change but it has to be done slowly and on his terms. While navigating scent matches and trying to give this pack thing a go, there is also a case to solve, or use advantageously. Overall this was a great read, plenty of characters and world building, plenty of plot and the spice was spicy.

I was smitten with Arlo from the very beginning. He struggled but did the best he could. Even when he had nothing he tried to help others. He is pure sweetness and sunshine even when there was plenty of reason to be bitter. His immediate bond with Cali was adorable. She is a brilliant little girl and he never treated her like she was just a child.
Ves on the other hand is this high power and dominant Omega who has hardened himself. He works for the FBI and would do anything to keep his daughter safe.
We have two Alphas as well. We have the corset wearing Viking and the stalker determined to make this pack work even if it involves a bit of kidnapping.
I absolutely loved the dynamics of this pack. Cali and Arlo are the glue that holds everyone together. I loved getting everyone's backstory in their we're all trauma dumping pack meeting.
I loved the serial unaliver case and the way everything went down. I'm excited to learn more about them in the next book.

This is a MMMM Dark Omegaverse and it is a wild ride. You have 2 omegas and 2 alphas. Arlo is living on the street and fired from his job when he's given a sitter ad that includes room and board. Little does he know his world will change quicker than he thinks. Ves is a cop but is also an omega and finds Arlo attractive. The first person he has found himself attracted to since he was with Calista's "incubator". Ves has to travel for his detective work they run into Lennox and Baron. Because jealousy is a crazy thing, Ves jumpstarts his attraction and lays out all of the cards one night when he comes home from work to Arlo crying. Along the way, Arlo and Ves learn they are scent matched to Lennox and Baron what happens next you'll need to read, the spice is so worth it but it's also dark and a little unhinged. Check your triggers. This is another book written by Jenn and Freya and I am glad I was able to read it. Thank you for this opportunity!

This book was so much fun! Another amazing read from Freya and Jenn! They play off each other so well and it makes for an emotional rollercoaster I can’t wait to return to.
The characters are so well built, with such huge personalities and separate voices. Lennox’s journey was very tough to read, as someone who struggles with similar issues I saw myself in him a lot and once again, the way they both write, is so real. I am really impressed with the authors here. So incredibly impressed!

Did I have a kink before of a nanny and a single dad? No.
Do I now? Absolutely.
Another dive into the Traumaverse with this MMMM romance and the story was piping hot with two omegas who find their two alphas in the last places they expected! There is heavy mental health rep in this and some triggering things so make sure you check those before getting into it but the story is so fast paced, adorable, spicy, and stalkerish elements!
I really like the two omega dynamics that Jenn has had in not only this story but in some of her others. Two male omegas? Yum yum yum! And we have an alpha who isn't afraid to wear what he wants and be himself? Looooove that! You will also have to read the part about what a certain omega does when he wants you to try out his food 🔥
And there is certain mentions of another character we may be seen before 👀

Arlo is an omega down on his luck after escaping his family and crossing the country. His luck changes for the better when he gets a job as a live-in nanny with Ves and his daughter, Cali. Ves is an omega FVI agent, who is sent all over to train other agents and to help with a current, ongoing serial murder case. Arlo and Ves run into Lennox and Baron, separately, and both feel drawn to them. Eventually, they figure out they’re all scent matches to each other. They all have a little darkness in them, except for Arlo, but it makes them all perfect for each other. They’d to anything to protect one another and especially Cali. Spicy and dark with some possible triggers. Loved this unconventional, morally gray pack!!!

KNOT WHAT I EXPECTED
Book 2 of the Traumaverse Series from Jenn Bullard & Freya Ellis James was not what I was expecting but still everything I wanted from an all male omegaverse. With four main male characters, each with their own backstory and as the series states, trauma, the cohesiveness and blending was beautiful and emotional. The writing was flawless and engaging. I could not put this book down, very much a 'just one more chapter' read. The plot had me thinking all the different scenarios and outcomes, and I was wrong which helped with the unexpectedness of the story and ending. The beauty of this book is the authors ability to keep things moving and growing with a depth of emotion and familiarity.

This is the second book in the Traumaverse series. This series is so beautiful and full of trauma, angst and steam. I love this story and cannot get enough of these books. I live to read them.
These MMCs are so exciting to read. Each character draws you in more and more until you are biting your lip trying to figure what will happen next! Each MMC is hot and smexy and some have red flags. But don't let a couple of red flags deter you from these men! A few may even be morally grey but we love those types of men anyway. These men will do whatever it takes to protect those that they love.

These two authors are at it again. Arlo is an omega trying to survive on his own after fleeing from his toxic home. Down on his luck, a chance opportunity to become a nanny drops Arlo into Ves’ orbit. Ves has been hardened both by life and his job in the FBI, but his priority has and always will be the safety of his daughter. With a serial killer making waves, Ves’ workload just multiplied and he needs someone he can trust to take care of her. Just as these three find their footing, Arlo and Ves have their world rocked with not one, but two alphas. We learn that this candy loving sour patch pack can be quite sour to those who wish them harm and nothing but sweet to the ones they love.

I've probably said this once or twice(ofc I have) but I loved this! The personalities were top notch. In pack drama was minimal. The most Alpha Omega I've ever read. And the funniest, most adorable little girl ever.
I think omegaverse all male packs are quickly becoming one of my favorite tropes to read. The different personalities coming together with very little resistance made this so easy to read. In my opinion this one is dark but no where near pitch black.
Am soooo curious about "The Orphan" and cannot wait to read that one!

Dark and twisted perfection. This book follows Arlo, who we met briefly in book 1. He ran from his family’s Tennessee ranch to get away from the abuse. Arlie life doesn’t get any easier. Until luck is finally on his side and he’s offered a nanny job for an FBI agent. Then our story really begins. There’s spice, kidnappings, serial killers, scent matches and more. There’s some big mental health reps which the authors do an amazing job representing. The characters are so well written you’ll want to be best friends with them while also being jealous that they’re together and you’re not.

I received an ARC in exchange for my honest feedback. There were lots of things I liked about this one. Loved all the different lifestyles featured as well as the portrayal of homelessness. Also loved MMC that was an omega but also so in control. Ves was a mystery to me at first and I loved it. The different personalities of each character were fun. Both alphas felt a little thrown in there but I liked them both separately. It did feel like Cali could have been a little older, she felt way beyond her age in response and maturity. I liked this one and am excited for the next story!

Dark, gritty, and packed with enough twists to keep me suspicious of absolutely everyone. The struggle, danger, and constant threat of losing the little happiness they’ve found gave this story a deliciously heavy atmosphere.
The brooding alpha? Growly. Handsome. Complicated. Obviously I was invested.
With scent matches, dangerous enemies, and two alphas ready to burn the world down for their chance at happiness, this one kept me hooked. A dark romance with plenty of angst, danger, and just enough hope to make the chaos worth it.
