I would say this has been my favorite volume yet. The maneuvering in this volume got amped up and Kouta is really coming into his role right now. With so many able people now completely his pawns he is able to start making power moves outside of the Garden. You still have a lot of ecchi moments in this but the story to me is getting more interesting and I really want to know where it is going.
