Amazing

I loved this book so much. Especially since I could relate to the story, and there were references made to other books/series.
I was so impatient until they got to reunite, and I kept my hope up nonstop that he would come and stop the wedding. At one point, I actually believed she would not forgive him for kidnapping her, I was such a big supporter for him until she relented. But that's just me, I am always a lover for twisted stories 🤣
And it took such a different turn at the 50% mark. My brain constructed another kind of plot line. But it's fine, I got used to this in all of Nikila's books.
I loved that there was enough bang but not excessively. I fell in love with them and with the way he built his world regarding her. It was so sweet. I cried when she took in the house for what it was. A home and a sanctuary.

ARC Review, thx Nikila Rose

Nikila Rose is a new to me author, and I was so excited to read this book.
I have to say, I'm blown away. After finishing the prologue, I was hooked, felt drawn into the story, and could hardly put the book down. I've rarely seen such a writing style with countless loving details, sometimes almost too much.
599 pages full of emotions, longings, secrets, suspense, action, and smut.
The story is worth 4.5 stars for me, deducting half a star because the James Bond attitude was a bit too much and too unrealistic for me.
Isa and Luca have grown fond of me, and I highly recommend this book.
I'm already looking forward to Mia and Maximus's story and to whether Luca will have to keep his promise to Mia and help her escape from Maximus.
It's a second-chance book with HEA. No sharing and no real cheating. FMC thinks her true love, MMC, is dead and is trying to meet another man.

Spicy and Suspenseful

Luca and Isa are destined to be together. This book is full of humor (which is seldom seen in mafia books), mystery, suspense, spice and undeniable love. With each chapter I was wondering how they would get out of the predicaments they would get in. I questioned the authenticity of characters as I couldn’t decide if they were reliable or not. This kept me turning the pages until I could get the answer. There are twists in this book I didn’t see coming. I highly recommend it!

Nikila was a brand new author to me and I had the privilege of beta reading this book.

Isa and Luca are both children of mafia families and arranged to wed when they become of age. They are however the lucky ones because they are in love. It's a strong and intense love and they cannot wait to starts their lives together. Circumstances tear them apart with Luca promising to come back for Isa, she waits for 5 long years but he never does. Resigned to a life without her love she tries to move on and make a better life for herself…….wrong move Isa!

The connection and love between these two really bleeds from the pages and makes it a captivating read. I love me a one woman man and Luca is all about his girl, he will stop at nothing to make her his, regardless of how long it takes! Throw in some mafia and hacker and what an explosive book you have!!

I absolutely loved the writing style — smooth, easy to follow, and it pulled me in right from the start.

The main characters, Isabella and Luca, are madly and deeply in love, engaged to be married, and their connection is palpable throughout the story. Isabella’s growth was one of my favorite parts; as she’s given more choices, she becomes independent and resilient, albeit some of her choices are suss. Luca, on the other hand, is utterly devoted and deliciously obsessed with Isa — swoon!

I’m usually not a fan of storylines where the MCs are apart, but I weathered the storm, and their reunion was so worth it.

I also loved the family dynamics, which added warmth and depth to the story. I can’t wait to read Mia and Maximo’s story next — it’s going to be goooood!

Mine Again by Nikila Rose was one heck of a ride! I had the absolute honor of reading this story in advance, and it was truly exceptional. This book had its ups and downs, twists and turns, and some truly crazy moments. I loved every second of it, too. I was shocked by some of the moments that happened, but it was so good.

Luca and Isabella were very hot together! From the moment their relationship began as young teens to the mature adults they are now, they were everything to each other. It was beautiful, and hard at times. There was tension. So much tension for a little bit. There was sadness and heartbreak. However, there was also a lot of happiness and love. It was a rollercoaster of emotions. I loved it, though. I may also have wanted to slap a couple of people in the face, but feeling all these emotions is part of it. That is what makes an excellent romance story. Farewell to my beautiful friends, mio falco and farfalla (you'll know when you know).
Again, fantastic job, Nikila! I love you so much, my lovely friend.

P.S. Let's take a moment to appreciate Mia and Maximo! Their story is going to be fire, and unlike anything else. I love a good enemies-to-lovers romance, and I am kicking my feet with anticipation to finally have their story. 💋

I can’t rate this book high enough! Loved Luca and Isa so much! The love they have for each other is so special and the time they were separated because of his father’s actions was heartbreaking.

Luca wanted nothing more than to be there for Isa. Isa didn’t want to believe Luca could be dead or not come back for her!

This book sends you on a roller coaster. You laugh, you cry, feel sad, and feel excited. The writing just takes you away and you lose all track of time being lost in their story. I couldn’t put it down!

You need to run to get a copy of this story! You don’t want to miss this one!

I really did enjoy this book but it also did have some slow moments. I liked that the first half of the book was a lot of background story of how their story really came to be, but man is it a bit of a slow burn lol I needed them to be back together already 😂 but I get why we needed that to understand the story. Luca was really the perfect man, although he couldn’t be there for her through the hard times, when they were back together he made up for it. I can’t want to read Mia’s book because that girl is crazy and a free spirit! I just know she’s gonna give that man a run for his money!

I could not put this book down until I had read the very last word! Isa and Luca have the epic love story of fairytales with a few dark twists. Their mafia families were allies and the two were betrothed at a young age, though they actually fell in love as teenagers. Her father is busy arranging marriages for two of her younger sisters, and Isa is determined to find a man outside of the mafia to marry. She is done waiting for Luca’s return and is set on forging her own future

Luca, an expert computer hacker, has never forgotten Isa and has kept careful watch over her since he left. Her safety has always been important to him and unbeknownst to her or her family, he carefully placed hidden cameras all around her family home when he was dating Isa. Being able to watch her has kept him sane over the years he has been separated from her. Luca has used his phenomenal skills as a hacker to amass a fortune and build a life for himself and Isa. A powerful enemy is watching and waiting to take him down and, unfortunately, he knows about Isa’s importance to Luca. Now is the time for Luca to reclaim the love of his life, Isa, his butterfly. Their reunion is not all sunshine and roses. Isa is afraid to trust Luca after so much time apart and has so many questions. Just as they seem to find their footing, Luca’s world is blown apart. Luca and Isa must find a way to clear his name and take down his maniacal enemy or lose any chance of having a future together.

Their story is tumultuous, action packed, dark and twisty. They are both complex, multi-layered characters who draw your attention, empathy and admiration. Their separation made them both stronger, more resilient and more confident in themselves. Luca’s devotion is absolute, and underneath her pain of being left behind and in the dark, so is Isa’s. When facing the enemy, she gets the chance to surprise Luca. He will never again doubt her strength and resolve. She makes a formidable partner and is most definitely not the weakest link. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and it has my full recommendation.

This book gave me ALL the second pchance romance feels! 😍 Mine Again is packed with heartbreak, tension, possessiveness, danger, and that delicious “we were never really over” kind of love.p

Isa and Luca's story immediately pulled me in. Five years is a long time to believe someone is gone, especially when you never get answers or even the chance to properly grieve. Isa has finally started rebuilding her life and making plans for a future without Luca, only for him to walk back into her world at the worst possible moment, her wedding day! Talk about terrible timing. 😂

Luca's return brings so much tension because he never stopped loving Isa, but his disappearance left behind a whole lot of hurt and unanswered questions. I loved watching the two of them navigate all those complicated emotions while the mafia danger surrounding them kept the stakes high.

Isa was a favourite for me because she isn't the same woman Luca left behind. She's stronger, more independent, and determined not to simply fall back into his arms because he's returned. Luca, meanwhile, is ridiculously possessive and completely convinced that their connection never ended. The chemistry between them practically crackles off the page.

The combination of second chances, mafia drama, betrayal, danger, possessive devotion, and a love that refuses to die made this such an addictive read. There are plenty of moments where you want to yell at both of them, but that's half the fun!

Mine Again was an emotional and suspenseful second chance mafia romance that had me invested in Isa and Luca's journey from beginning to end. If you love your mafia heroes dangerous, devoted and completely obsessed with getting their woman back, this one deserves a place on your TBR. ❤️🔥

This book was absolutely amazing. I was hooked from the prologue and stayed invested until the last line. I fell in love with this world when reading the previous book in the series. And this one just solidified why I adore this author and the world they’ve created in these books. I was completely drawn in to the story Luca and Isabella were so incredible in this book. They are definitely meant to be together. Their connection and chemistry were utterly insane. And their banter was completely on point. This book is full of hilarity and spice and tension and suspense and drama. There’s twists and turns you will never see coming, and so much intrigue you won’t want to stop reading. This story had me turning page after page so fast. And when I got to the end I was flabbergasted and satisfied. I cannot wait for the next book in the series to come out.

This book was absolutely phenomenal!! I seriously couldn't put it down. It was so well written and I never wanted it to end. Isa and Luca's story was so heart breaking in the begining, but also so incredibly heart warming as the book went on. If this book as well as Nikila's previous amazing books are any indication, Mia and Maximo's story is going to be just as thoroughly enjoyable, if not better. I cannot express enough how much I enjoyed reading this book, and I can't wait for her next one!
