You already knew

This book seems to simply be a reminder that sugar is bad for you. I think it's important for the author to have a good editor. When you call a craving a carving, you lose your validity.

Meh.

Written poorly, lots of repetition and typos. All the information was common knowledge to me, no new revelations. Main thing I got from this: overeating sugar is bad. Duh!

A good book, recommended by a fat sweet eater xD

It is a very good book, especially for those people who love candies, I'm one of those people who will not deny, I like to eat a sweet bread in the afternoon maybe a chocolate bar one day, strawberry cake and good overall all kinds of sweet: 3 I know it's a habit or in this case terrible addiction that has impact directly on my health, good to have bought this book in a discount promotion, has been very useful to me, chapter it tells us about the 15 steps to fight this addiction is very good, however, there are some spelling mistakes so I recommend a new edition without these problems.
