Fast paced story!

Warning - sex free but as power goes down the swearing rises. Other than that this is a book that reads like the Jason Bourne movies.The movie "The Longest Day" kept coming to mind because so !much is happening I had to remind myself, "this is the same day right?" So if you like action packed (heavy on the packing) stories and don't mind swears, this will be right up your alley.

Jackson was successful but decided to prepare for disaster and protect his family, but his wife feels betrayal instead. His son resents the parental discord and aligns with a terrorist setting off numerous emp devices, chaos results.

The family dynamics are interesting. Much better and different from the usual EMP stories. I’m glad I picked it up.
