Informational and Helpful

If you know nothing about your kidneys and where to start changing your eating habits this is a good book for you. I see the kidneys as vital as the heart and the relationship the kidneys has with all other functions in the body is astounding. No matter what stage you're in with CKD be mindful of taking care of your kidneys. Do your own research and find out what is good for you personally.

I checked out this book to help me understand my husband's kidney disease and help me plan a better diet for him. The extra information about kidney disease and it's side effects was helpful, but I expected more recipes and meal ideas. Also, this book could have used a better proofreader.
