Outstanding! This is the perfect book for home health. It is ideal for those who cannot take conventional medications.

Dr. Levy is my doctor in Real life, and have finally gotten around to reading her book, and I must say, this stuff does work. The ways that you can help your own body, and learn what it needs by certain positioning of your fingers is pretty amazing. I do this everytime that I go into the doctors office, but am now understanding why certain things she does works, the mechanics of it, if you will. Since most people cannot travel to see Dr. Levy themselves, I think this is a must read for ANYONE. Also, seeing as this is the first kinesiology book written for the public, and that isn't just for doctors, I would jump on it. It's written in the common mans language for anyone to understand.

This book is right on with it's discussion about how to listen to your own body and is quite a contrast to the western medicine way of drugging symptoms rather than looking for the source of illness. By listening to your body and giving it what it needs NATURALLY we can achieve a better state of health without all the side affects. What a great book!!

I read this several years ago and it opened me up to another reality. Awesome. Once again time to review it; there is so much to gain from her training and insight.

Yeah—just no.

The first half of this book is fine, but then you hit the second half and it seems a bit too much like the authors own personal beliefs and not actual fact.

Wish I never purchased this book, because I do not support what’s said in those later sections.

Interesting book with good medicine terminology and explanations. I like the part with examples, however what makes me a bit nervous at some of the heads is the tiny feeling of propganthisbm of the "do not do" things. Some of the theories are too overexposed. For sure i have learned new and interesting information. I recommend it.
