Have you read Locked? If not? What are you waiting for? Reckless is a stand alone. However, you are missing out on Caydon. One-click Locked by Ella Col before Reckless!

No one really ever teaches you about love, the consequences of love, and the darkness it can bring. My heart is broken, and I’m deeply lost in depression and confusion.

This type of heartbreak comes from the depths of the heart, when it hurts the most, when you are so in love, then it breaks.

I thought to myself over and over that Caydon, my best friend, would never make a move on Hannah.

I never expected the betrayal.

Forgive, they say. Forgive seventy times seven. Forgive my best friend…my brother for what he has done?

There should be no limit to how many times you forgive someone.

Really?

Then why do I want to kill Caydon like only a best friend could?

Being hurt by someone you love is intense, and the anger that comes along with it is intense.

They say you can't really hate someone unless you loved them first.

It must have been love because the hate I feel is consuming me.

These two completely different emotions coming together to mix as one is confusing the hell out of me.

Every time I think of Hannah I feel betrayal. Every time I think of Caydon I feel hatred. But somehow…I love both of them to death.

Wow...that's all a girl can say. July of 2013 I decided to hit publish on a little story called Save. Little did I know what would happen next. I started to get reviews...fan mail...Facebook and Twitter requests. To say I was floored is an understatement. I'm so touched by the welcoming response. More than anything, I am humbled by the thought that you...yes you...downloaded my work and liked it. Sure, I can't please everyone. That being said, the fact that you enjoyed my story/stories means so much more to me. I wish I could hang out with each and every one of you and make you understand what this all means to me. For now...I will say 'Thank you'. And, I will do my best to keep knocking out books as long as you keep reading them.
Love,
Ella

The similarities between this book & LOCKED were a bit too much for my liking.

As I was first reading it seemed like the story was more about Caydon. Although Caydon was a side character his story seemed more interesting.

Nash's character did finally evolve. Then there is the cliffhanger ending.
The next book does not come out until later this year. I HATE reading books with cliffhangers.
I'm not sure how interesting the next story can/will be but I will likely still plan to read it.

Ella Col has amazed me once again! I absolutely loved Nash's story and I loved Nash, as well. This book might not be as tragic or painful as Ella's other books but it is showing real situations. This story is about manipulation and deceit. It's also about hope, in my opinion. Once I picked this book up, it was impossible to put back down. I was dying to see what happened to Nash.
Hannah is self absorbed and manipulative and only cares about one thing ... Herself. She will hurt anyone and everyone to get what she wants. She strung along both, Caydon and Nash, and tore their friendship apart. She hurt them both. As Caydon has Reece, Nash is left with no one. He wants friendship and he wants love. He turns to boxing to help him cope with being alone. He loves it. So he fights and he fights for what he believes in. And he finds Jamie!
Jamie is damaged and is fearful for Nash to discover her past. Hannah, Jamie's cousin, is threatening to reveal just that. And she does. She manages to pull off a typical Hannah and sets out to hurt Jamie so she can keep Nash to herself.
I highly recommend "Reckless" by Ella Col. You will love the simplicity and normalcy of it. It shows how some people in the world really are. And it's hard to believe that! How so many people are this manipulative and hurtful. The world is an ugly yet beautiful place. Read Nash's story and find out what happens between him and Jamie. It's definitely a page turner!

This book was absolutely amazing. This is Nash's story. Nash has been in love with the same girl since he was 15 years old. The girl he is in love with is dating his best friend. How will Nash deal with this situation? If you want to know, I suggest you go out and buy this book. Looking forward to more in this series.
