The BRAND NEW beautifully warmhearted, romantic read from Frances Mensah Williams 💔💫💖 Sometimes it takes losing everything to discover who you really are.

Angie Ansah’s world falls apart the day her son Zach dies. Heartbroken and adrift, she struggles to hold onto a life and a marriage she once knew – and wonders if she even wants to.

Then a message from an old school crush stirs something deep inside her, awakening desires and memories she thought were long gone. As old sparks collide with her loyalty to her husband and love for her teenage daughter, Angie’s already precarious world begins to topple further, forcing her to confront the who is she without the life she thought she’d built?

In the midst of loss and uncertainty, Angie must find the courage to follow her heart, protect her family, and step into a new life that feels…out of this world.

This story will mess with your emotions. The pace is perfectly set. Each character deals with their grief differently. There's not much more I can tell you without spoiling it for potential readers. All I can say is keep the tissues close.

I haven't read this author before, but I will be looking out for the author's next book.

Thanks to netgalley and Boldwood books for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This is the first book I've read from this author, and I'm sure it won't be the last. I actually read this in 24 hours, I just didn't want to put it down!

Out of this world is a story of grief and love. It shows how grief can affect each member of a family in a different way, and how it can either make you or break you. Angie and Wes are known as a strong couple, a stable couple, but when they go through the unimaginable it shows that everyone has issues no matter how perfect a match they seem to be. The way the author described the grief of each family member was excellent. She showed vulnerability in a different way for each character, and also showed their individual strengths.

This book was an emotional read, and I felt like I was right there and part of the family experiencing these issues with them. Overall, a solid easy 5 star review and I look forward to more from this author.

Hackneyed and obvious.
This book is just an endless list of one banality after the other, one cliché after the other, raising no interest whatsoever in the ( rather bored ) reader.
The story has been told (and read) many times before, the plot is borderline dull and very predictable. The characters would have so much potential and yet there they are, performing one predictable ( and more often than not implausible if not downright stupid) action after the other.
It’s light as in shallow and not as in effortlessly entertaining and not even the most colourful character will fix that.
Although I respect the author’s work and the reason behind the story, I’m afraid this book is not for me. 2,5 stars.

With many thanks to Boldwood Books, NetGalley and the author for an early copy.

I absolutely loved this domestic drama — it was hard to put down. It had nice short chapters that kept the pace moving, and the story hooked me right from the beginning. I quickly flew through it and found so much of it relatable.

This was a winning story, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a heart-warming read. This was my first book by Francis Mensah Williams, and it certainly won’t be my last.

Thank you to Boldwood Books and Netgalley for this ARC, All opinions expressed are my own.
