Hormones – one of the joys of being a woman. They can affect everything about our body’s health and how we feel.
Essential oils can help women not just deal with hormones, but level them out so our bodies and lives are better.
This book helps explain how Young Living essential oils can help women with hormones – PMS, menstrual symptoms, menopause and thyroid issues.
The book has good information and resources, but it is written in a self-published format – different fonts, no table of contents. It also assumes the reader has a basic knowledge of essential oils and wants to know more on this issue. It’s not necessarily for someone who hasn’t used essential oils or doesn’t know much about them.
I would recommend this to any woman who is using essential oils and wants to learn how to use them to help with hormonal issues.

Wow! This book is a wealth of information for women who are experiencing menopausal issues. That's all that needs to be said. Check this out if you need some help!

I don’t ever leave reviews on here, but this was such a waste of time I feel compelled to so other people don’t waste minutes of their lives like I just did. The book reads like a poorly written blog post, and is the worst source of information on any kind of alternative therapy I’ve ever read. Would go as far as to say some of her suggestions are dangerous. She’s uninformed and literally just trying to sell YL products. Would leave 0 stars if I could.🙄

I am hoping to try this towards the end of June after i come back from Young Living's 2018 convention. I am post menopausal, very low libido, lacking energy, crave sugars and hard to lose weight. my plan is to do all cleanses and work on Taming the Dragon challenges! Thanks LeAnne for sharing your books! I am looking forward to a new and healthier life.

Needs update. Some of the products are no longer available or chronically out of stock. Not helpful for those with complete hysterectomy since recommendations are made with regard to cycle days, which are. It applicable to complete hysterectomy.

A great book. Giving insight into the hormonal imbalance that creates maladies especially to women.
An ancient and much safer way using natural remedies like essential oils to maintain a healthy well-being.

Full of typos, mostly just a sales pitch for Young Living products. It felt like reading a long blog post with lots of exclamation points for emphasis!!!!

There was a lot of interesting information I hadn't thought about before, and I appreciated understanding how different essential oils interacted with my body as a woman. I could have done without the parenthetical comments from our supposed "dragon within." The book is written with a definite conservative assumption, and felt a like demeaning at times. Despite that, I do intend to reference it again in the future for the actual information about essential oils and how they interact with a woman's hormonal cycle (not the political opinions) presented.
