Best friends Sarah and Lianne have a great money-making idea--doing makeovers at little girls' birthday parties. But it's not an idea that impresses Ruth Miller, the new girl who's just arrived at their school. To Sarah and Lianne, Ruth is a mess: to Ruth they are overdressed and not in the least cool.
