This book is a great read for anyone interested in the way trauma can impact families and how various people have learned to heal from what they have experienced. Orvos-Tóth approaches this difficult psychological matter with accessible language and provides questions at the end of every chapter to give the reader an opportunity to assess their own trauma and psychological experiences.
