Gluten free sourdough

My family loves sourdough bread. But my son was told he needed to eat gluten free. So this book was a must read. With easy to read directions, and beautiful pictures this was a great guide to get me started. My favorite section of the book the trouble shooting guide with tips and answers to my questions. Can't wait to start my journey in baking.
