Useful if you're not doing things like organising your time, realising where you waste time and basically creating schedules.

His stuff about optimising (learning to sleep less, 'time is money', always having something to do) is quite outdated now and most people would see it as unhealthy. His priorities also aren't my own, so there was a definite disconnect.
