A fun enemies to lovers.
The characters are alpha males with a heart of gold who risk their lives rescuing others and hunting down the bad guys. Men who fall in love quickly and will do anything to protect what is his and is brothers in arms. They are family.
This compelling story pulls you into a web of action, mystery, and danger, revealing more complex situations as tension builds, and the stakes grow higher.

Was the brutal treatment at the hands of her soon to be ex, really necessary. You have a kick ass guy and he misses the obvious, her not coming to the door. He then goes homes and puts the pieces together, while she suffers more brutal treatment? Men like these are not supposed to have their lady suffer. Brutal treatment is on the news 24/7, no fun in the books I read for enjoyment.
