Pleasing Her: Peter in the Nursery

Rate this book
Set in the Victorian era, this is a stand alone book in the Unconventional Marriages series.

Welcome to Peter Wessex’s university graduate, military drop-out and second son of a noble British family. Fearing for his unfocused son’s future, Peter’s father puts him in the hands of the extremely dominant Lord Kenwood, who promises to make a man out of the lad. When Peter enters Darmley Palace, he enters a world he could not have imagined where he is subject to Lord Kenwood’s rules and discipline. Lord Kenwood is an expert at domestic discipline, it’s how he keeps his child bride Cressida in line, whom he keeps as a little girl at the top of the stairs in the nursery.

Peter’s heart is quickly captured and held in thrall by Lord Kenwood’s exquisite daughter, Regina. She brings Peter to heel with her magnificent bosom, her riding crop and a fetching pair of black leather high-heeled boots. When it becomes apparent that Peter is indeed going to inherit and become the next Duke of Ashton, Lord Kenwood and Regina step up Peter’s training in earnest. Peter learns that he is more than ready to inherit as long as he continues to be taken in hand by Regina and her father, even if it means spending time in his sister’s nursery.

Reginald and his daughter Regina are dominants and when they get their hands on a brother and sister who are submissive... well, there is a lot of wailing going on.

First of all, the ageplay in this story is lighter than in others. The enema scenes are short for those who are squicked by it. The enema scenes and the humiliation are way too short for those who like enemas. The thermometer and suppositories were a nice touch. The ageplay dynamic between Reginald and his little wife, Cressa was cute and fine. I liked it. The teasing relationship between Peter and his wife, Regina... that was really fun. When Peter is forced into the nursery and treated like a baby by his wife w/o preparation and really no need, that is when the story went downhill for me. It's hard to see how this treatment would make him a better Duke. I'd argue otherwise. I have no problems with F/m. I love it. I just feel like Peter was sold a bag of crap. His relationship with his wife was misleading. Like he went into the relationship with one idea and then there was the ole switcheroo. I didn't like that part. I knew he would be submissive and I figured more domestic discipline. The forced cross dressing is a hot theme for me and i like it. But in here, it fell completely flat too.

So the first 75% of this book is totally spank-bank worthy and I loved it. The last 25% was a travesty for me and I ended up not liking it.

Recommended for age play lovers who like both male and females turned into littles.

I found this delicious. I especially liked the Father and the Daughter both participating in the spanking. Loved that the common element is turned on it's head. I did not like the lady all too well - she was a little bit of a stereotypical dome unfortunately. However Peter was great and I certainly got a feel for him as the story went on. Since we also got to see Cressida agains that was delightful. This one is different - give it a go!

This is an age play book that includes a male as a little boy. Peter is the focus of this book. He has become the heir of the dukedom when his brother died. Peter is submissive as is his sister, Cressida who is married to Reginald, Lord Kenwood. Cressida lives as a little girl in her household. She is subject to the discipline of her nanny, her stepdaughter and her Papa. We start the story with Cressy getting punished severely and then put to bed in the nursery. Later, she is dressed as a year old for dinner. Peter also earns punishment from Reginald. He is taken across his knee and spanked like a little child. He also gets birched by Lord Kenwood. Eventually, he marries Regina, Lord Kenwood’s daughter. But, Regina is the one who is going to rule in their household. When Peter’s father dies, they move into Ashton Manor. Once they get home, Peter is escorted to the nursery and he meets Lord Kenwood’s present, two large nurses. They grabbed him by both arms and covered his face with a cloth saturated with some drug. When he wakes up he is in a diaper and tied in a crib. Peter spends the next few weeks in the nursery, drugged, visiting his wife in their bedroom in the evening. Everything that little girls get in the nursery, he does as well. Eventually, he comes out of the nursery and takes his place as a Lord, but he will always be his wife’s little boy. I liked most of this story. The only part I’m not fond of is the drugging of Peter. I know that other age play books have done this as well, but I’m not a fan. I give this story 4 stars.

I had great expectations for this story, but it fell short for me. It sounded so interesting, especially the part about a man being regressed by his wife. It seems like I usually read DD and age-play stories where the man is in charge and I wanted to read about a guy being the "little." Bottom-line, I don't care who is the lead (man or woman) as long as there is a total power exchange in the relationship. Enough about me...

There is a way about erotic writing when you feel what the characters are feeling that makes it exciting for me. In other words, I like when an author can make me feel what the characters are feeling. This book didn't capture me emotionally and I found that it simply told the reader what was happening and not in a lot of detail to make the scenes interesting. For me it is about the internal struggles the characters go through and the sexual excitement that builds as scenes unfold. This book was more about just saying x happened and then y happened rather than pulling you into the story. It was well written, but didn't push my excitement button. It appears that other readers really liked the book so give it a shot and decide for yourself.

This is a Victorian age-play story with two different couples. Firs t is Cressida, a child bride to Earl of Darmley, Reginald Kenwood, who is more than twenty years her senior. He has been married before and widowed with a son and daughter, both older than she. He is dear friends with Cressida's father, Arthur Wessex, the Duke of Ashton, who is in declining health. Reginald's daughter, Regina, a dominant, is done with her University studies in management and is back at her father's home. Peter Wessex is sent by his father in agreement with Reginald to help try and make a man out of him, and also hoping for a match between Peter and Regina.

This story is quite explicit and full of age-play, medical play and heavy domestic discipline and sex. Not only with Cressida and her papa/husband, but with submissive Peter and FemDom Regina relationship. This story contains explicit scenes of punishment that include Male/Female, Male/Male, Female/Female and Female/Male discipline.

A very powerful story. We see Peter who is about to inherit the title and he really isn't ready to take on the role. He is struggling with his own natural submission. The along comes Rosalind who is ready to help him train for his role. I love the fluidness of Peter that as he "grows up" he learns to relax into his nature submission but still be able to take charge and care for his in charge wife.

Very different

This book gave a very different look at Domestic Discipline. It is definitely worth reading. I look forward to reading more in this series.
