TOM COTTER, author of the wonderful 'The Cobra In the Barn' series just wrote a Foreword for the book including...

His ability to develop scenarios and characters, while weaving in the histories of interesting and curious cars, is amazing. Short-story after short-story that seemingly have no connection with one another, all come together in the final chapters to form a logical and pleasing conclusion.

Guest appearances are also made by some of the most fabled and elusive cars of all time, including Steve McQueen's Bullit Mustang and James Dean's "Little Bastard" Porsche 550 Spyder."

Surprising and wonderful

I couldn’t stop reading. Where is it going.. the trivia is outstanding, the story gives itself away slowly. I thought I had automotive knowledge, now I realize I am just a babe in the woods.

This book was great!

It is a fun compilation of stories about interesting cars. The stories are so well written that you don't have to be a car fanatic to really enjoy the book.

Loved reading it!

As someone who has owned a lot of fun and quirky cars and lives in one of the locations that the book takes place in, I got a great deal of joy from this book. If the author finds himself in Victoria, I would be happy to buy him a pint.
