Gotta see it through
I don't know if this is insta love or if the romance just takes a back burner to the drama. Whatever it is, the plot takes precedence over character development and progression. If you live for the drama and don't care too much for the particulars, this book will be the one. I will say, I have figured out the plot twist and I am certain it 2 two-fold.

Whew this book was even better than part one. I knew Amira babies were going to end up being his brother baby or the uncle or father lol . I can’t wait to find out who father her babies. I just hope it’s not the father since he didn’t like her and that would be to messy lol. I can’t wait to read what Shanni has to say about it at least she won’t have to deal with Amira after all.

this gave book 2 vibes and a ton of not needed moments. I loved book 1 and if multiple books are needed to tell the story fine make the books part of the story....off my soap box ... I am happy the baby is hers and that the dad maybe seeing the truth in Dex

Kash, this man here is that man that don’t want to hurt your feelings but will get active if needed. With the family legacy on the line, he’s going to make sure it remains with him. Dealing with the betrayal of his brother, did sit well with him and the way he got active - 🫣! Let’s not forget how him and Rell laughed at the disrespect they caused! One thing I can say, ya boy is standing on business when it comes to Shanni! The secrets that are coming to surface about Amira left me speechless and I can’t wait until it all out cause baby!! Then there Dec! Smh, Kash got active something crazy when he got disrespectful and can’t forget how he called his baby boy old looking 🤣! Oh can we talk about when he told her life gave her lemons so she needs to make lemonade 🤣!
Shanni, I love my girl energy and vibe. She doesn’t nag or complain but she has NO issue with voice her feelings and thoughts which Kash loved. She was his peace! The way this man loved on her was beautiful. This man basically told her that she will not longer work and that he got her. When I say he got her, he got her. The way he showed up for with Amira 🤏🏾🤏🏾! Loved it! But friendship with Tye, I truly adored. The way they ride for each other is the type of friendship any woman would want. SPOILERS-The cliff hangers are raising my blood pressure lol. All I’m going to say is I knew it. I just want to know why the math didn’t start clicking for Kash at that first visit. Now hear me out pops dislikes Amira a lil too much for me. It gives the same energy of when men hate your friend but really want to live in their skin umm hummmm. Now I was thinking they belonged to Dex but chileeeeeee I think it’s the Pops lol.

Omg I finished part one and two .. This book is definitely a page turner can’t put this down. Kash been through so much foes in his life . Shannie is a good girl for Kash..I knew Amir was sneaky. I think she had affair with Kash father She always looked that type..Kash is a good man. No, he made his mistakes on how he broke up with Amir. He was honest.now Shannie had his Biological son he’s happy ..Rell is a good friend to Kash happy with Tye..Amir life is definitely going downhill..Kash had a feeling when he held Amir twins they looked like his dad..wow Kash will see Like Rell said all kash had too many snakes around him now it’s time for Kash to get rid of them out of his grass..

Whew!! Bonnie Blanco!!!! I'm loving this series
1st off, Tye played no games, she gave Kenni and Erica the business!! I love that Shanni's pregnancy had the outcome she wanted and I had my suspicions about Amira and they were confirmed but now I'm waiting on who's the daddy. I like how Kash shows Shanni that he's there and present for her and wants only her, despite it being messy at first it blossomed into something great! I hope Tye and Rell make it official because they seem like a good fit together. Can't wait to see the mess and drama unfold.

ugh… another cliffhanger
Quite honestly I’m not sure why there has to be a book 3. When I first started reading this I thought it was only two books. Don’t get me wrong the storyline is interesting but I’m not a fan of cliffhangers. But since I’m invested in the story I will be patiently waiting on the next book. I hope Amira gets what’s coming to her trifling behind and I hope it’s the brother and not the father’s baby😳.

I knew it. The twins aren’t Kash’s kids. I thought they belonged to Dex in book 1, but I’m kind of thinking they are Pops kids. I was thinking Rell too, but Rell ain’t kin to Kash. Kash is that man now & always. I like how he stood on business with Amira & Shanni, and he didn’t leave anything for them to question. He made sure that Shanni felt secure, and that Amira felt like s***. The Dallas references will always be my favorite because I can see myself on Ledbetter at a tire shop. Bonnie I wanna be mad about the cliffhanger, but the book was just too damn good. Can’t wait for Kash to show them why he’s still king.

I had a feeling the twins were not kash's children. But I wanted to be optimistic. But my suspicion is it's his farther seeds. Now she gonna look really stupid. But Will the real father step up. Its so much hurt coming I just hope they can handle it.

I Knew it!
I knew it! I called it after them text messages and meetups! Who is anonymous? I can’t see that being on Dex but then again, who is anonymous? Which bring me back to my question after reading book 1, was Shunni and Kash really wrong? Im really enjoying these wild and messy series! Off to book 3!
