"Wow, Time Flies."


What another phenomenal issue. The color grading between each decision being automatically made and time advancing forward is absolutely brilliant and I love that the only thing that stands out is good old jetpack man who seems to finally get as short reprieve when he is able to share a smoke with the most recent ATP victim.

Assorted Crisis Events #4 is a bleak, emotionally heavy installment that’s hard to shake. The story feels uncomfortably real — almost suffocating in how grounded and sad it is. This isn’t a fun or escapist issue by any stretch, but it’s very effective at what it’s trying to say. High-quality, thoughtful work that leaves an impact, even if it’s a difficult read.
