Called, Not Qualified: Why God Uses the Willing, Not the Worthy

An Amazon #1 New Release in Christian Faith, Christian Counseling, Christian Men’s Issues, Men’s Christian Living, and Religious Counseling.

God doesn’t call the qualified. He qualifies the called.

That was the phrase that kept echoing in author Anthony Carpino’s mind—the same truth that continues to challenge so many today. We long to live out our faith with purpose, but still wrestle with feelings of doubt, fear, and not being enough.

Called, Not Qualified isn’t a sugar-coated devotional. It’s a raw and honest challenge to step out in faith—even when you feel uncertain, afraid, or spiritually stuck. Through transparent storytelling and biblical truth, this book invites you to confront what’s holding you back—and lay it down.

It speaks to new Christians unsure where to begin, believers quietly drifting or craving something deeper, those feeling spiritually stuck or directionless, non-believers and skeptics who feel drawn to something more, and anyone carrying the weight of doubt, fear, shame, or insecurity in their walk with God.

If you’ve ever questioned your worth or your calling, this book will help you move past self-doubt and rediscover the courage to follow God—even when you don’t feel ready.

Within these pages, you’ll find the clarity and encouragement to confront your doubt, stop striving to earn what’s already been given, and build a bold, unshakable foundation of faith rooted in truth—not perfection.

Answer the call.

This book spoke to me and into me to believe in myself and Gods calling. What I need to do to hear and move in the purpose God has for me. It felt like a very long sermon but a great sermon to build me up and place me in the right path
