UNFORGIVEN
A taut, emotionally charged feminist crime thriller from TJ Buck

FBI Special Agent Janis Sullivan hunts predators for a living.
But someone else is hunting them, too, and she’s not interested in arrests.

In Buffalo, a series of brutal murders targets known sexual predators. The victims are men with sealed records, forgotten crimes, and no real consequences. They’re dying one by one, executed with a traditional Filipino bolo knife.

There’s no message. No fingerprints. Just blood, silence, and a growing sense of purpose.

As Janis investigates, she’s pulled into a case that challenges everything she believes about justice. The killer is careful. Precise. And absolutely sure of what she’s doing.

Because this isn’t just revenge. It’s something older. Sharper. Righteous and dangerous in equal measure.

Unforgiven is a blistering thriller about trauma, justice, and the rage that burns beneath survival.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when a woman stops asking for justice and takes it instead this is the book.

I really enjoyed this read! Started it today and finished it today! I honestly thought that Janis Sullivan's past was going to directly intersect with the vigilante killings but I was wrong. Janis Sullivan an FBI agent is called in to Buffalo to help catch a vigilante killer killing me that were involved in cases of violence against women given sec0nd chances by a broken justice system. I really appreciated that T.J. Buck not only told a compelling story but highlighted a glaring systemic issue in our country's justice system, especially for victims and survivors of violent sexual crimes. Men who get off with little or no consequences for acts and given second chances where none should be given. I appreciate the moral dilemma. Should we be judge and jury when the system has failed the victim or continue to watch as more victims and survivors suffer at the hands of predators that do not serve the punishment they deserve? Therein lies the true dilemma. I would highly reccomend this, especially for a book club!
