An interesting read, if you are interested in expanding your abilities to stretch your mind beyond its present limits. Something to aid you in decision making skills and break through the boundary of self-doubt. I could go on about this but why? After all, if you wish to gain a clue about critical thinking, you MUST critically think and break certain boundaries in order to make those critical decisions in your life.

It was a solid audiobook that gives you insight into common bias that people fall into everyday and how to combat them. It really makes you see that the simpliest thing that you can do can also be the most benifical. Ask questions, let curiosity be your guide and never stop improving on that. It teaches that you have to broaden your thoughts and leave the cap off the bottle of your mind, never allow yourself to think that what you know is enough even if you think you have mastered that said subject. The best thing that I got out of this book was the "Steelmanning" concept, the point of it is to take the strongest part of someone's argument and try your best to articulate that point, regardless of your own viewpoints and bias. This is something that I will use and pass on to my children and something that, I believe, my father try to enstill in me when I was younger. Always keep an open mind.

Critical thinking is about identifying and overcoming subconscious biases, challenging our assumptions and building of mental resilience. What a powerful preliamble this can be. This talking book is really superb.

This book cuts to the chase and gives you the tools and means to make better critical decisions. There are no frills or anything like that, just pure information. I would recommend.

I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I listened to its audiobook for about 1 hour while driving in the city. It is a generally okay book. The advice is straightforward, though the tips might not be so groundbreaking. It covers the core of critical thinking, which encompasses identifying your biases, practising mindfulness, playing the devil's advocate, and empathising with the person you're talking to.

It is good. It’s a book that i think i need to reread it all the time so i can remembered and try it all over my life. The only reason it’s not get that high rating is because it’s on audiobook and it’s hard for me to get into it more cause i’m not an audio person.
