Siete a caccia di un amore duraturo, Capricorno? Provate a cercarlo oltre l’arcobaleno.

A cute, fluffy, angst-free read that’ll make you smile more often than not! It took me a little while to get into this one, but once I did, I really had a great time with it.
I love this series and I was so excited for Capricorn Faces Scorpio. While the beginning was a bit rocky, it picked up quickly and was another great entry to this series. I definitely recommend reading Sagittarius Saves Libra first otherwise you'll be very confused.
I loved the dynamic of Grayson being the town heartbreaker because he doesn't date and having 'groupies', and Carl determined not to become another addition to the group (he tried his best).
I haven't laughed this hard in ages, but it also made me cry too.
Carl is absolutely calamitous in the most endearing way and he completely stole my heart. The amount of meet-cute's between these guys is insane 😂
Grayson and Carl have such an epic slow burn - Anyta Sunday's signature storytelling style - and the emotions are so strong throughout the whole book.
I wanted to hug Carl and let him know that he was more than enough as he is, and fuck anyone who thinks otherwise because they're all stupid.
Grayson just made my heart ache. Such a good person, and it made me smile so much when these two figured it out.
If you love a true slow burn with low spice, a strong and entertaining plot, and characters you can't help loving even if they are totally ridiculous, this is definitely the book for you.
The only book you absolutely need to read prior to this one is book 6 - Carl's twin's story, and the entire reason for why Carl even has his own story to tell.
***** I received an ARC of this book from Gay Romance Reviews, and this is my honest review
Happy release day! Oh to return back to Anyta Sunday's pocket of Romcomlandia and her brand of feel-good, silly shenanigans. I needed something slower paced and low angst, and this did the job. My heart is warm, and I chuckled lots. It was a fun time.
I highly recommend reading the previous book first to get more backstory on these identity-swapping twins, as this story offers Carl's perspective living on the other side of their little farce. Some (okay, most lol) things required a suspension of disbelief and an allowance for theatrically sticky situations, but when it works, it works.
Moral of the story: get on gravity's good side, because it can be your biggest shipper.
Thank you to GRR and the publisher for providing an advanced copy of the book. This is my honest review :)
Cute read, though unlike most of the books in this series, this one definitely requires that you've read the one right before, Sagittarius Saves Libra, as the two MCs are twins and there are a lot of references. Definitely some OTT banter and plotting, and stuff that just didn't quite make sense to me (I'm often left with the impression that the author is making leaps in her head that don't make it onto the page, leaving some actions/reactions feeling bizarre and out of nowhere), but overall I did have fun with this one.
A romantic comedy with a delightful slow burn, but almost no smexy times. Carl is cute, funny and oblivious, Grayson kind, genuine and a bit sad. Their romance is full of cute, sweet and amusing moments, and yet …
Somehow, I didn’t quite feel it. I found it hard to get into the story, whether this is down to my old brain or not, I couldn’t say. I also found quite a few things a teeny implausible, if not illogical. I know this is a comedy and not to take things too seriously, but hands up, I promise, I didn’t!
While I was delighted to see that Anyta Sunday has published something again, this one left me a bit underwhelmed. My heart wasn’t as involved as I would have hoped, and the twin swapping plot, sigh … it really didn’t work for me. Probably my least favourite in the series.
I wish I could give this book more than 5 stars. It was definitely my favorite of the series and my favorite book so far this year. I loved book six and wasn’t sure about this one because Carl doesn’t come across as someone I’d like in the first book. Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong.
Carl stole my heart right away. He was funny and needy, and just the right person to break down Grayson’s walls. If you like a book with slow burn, this is perfect for you. I hope there will be more books in this series.
I really struggled through the first 25% or so…my second hand embarrassment was out of control. The moment something happened that released the embarrassment was a physical relief and the rest of the story was absolutely adorable, but missing the depth of this series’ previous books.
Ouch. I hoped Carl would get a better story than this, I hoped with the ending in the previous book, something great would come to him, and now I feel bad. Can I again reiterate what a piece of shit Cora and Pete are?! Those two don’t deserve to be in Carls life. Poor guy. Also terrible interpretation of a Capricorn. Capricorn would never let that shit slide. When Carl spoke to Pete in the end and said “why didn’t you know?” it really showed what self centered piece of shit Pete is. Stringing him along for years, until someone better came along. Cora’s insistence to be in their life and supposed guilt ( referring here to her not being sure what to do about proposal and girls), was also like Pete’s friendship, crock of shit. Carl deserved so much better than these people. And I’m happy he got Grayson and he gets to live in his small town, next door to his brother. These two deserve to have a relationship with each other despite what Cora did. If I were them, I would get a restraining order against her. Owen and Grayson will take care of the boys and love them like they deserve. 🤩
Here is no exception and she's finally given us the mirror story to Jason and Owen's Tasmania adventures in Sagittarius Saves Libra and I was so here for it!
Carl and Grayson's stumbling love story is packed with ridiculous situations, great humour and loads of fabulous low-ish angsy drama.
Anyta Sunday is famous for her slooooow burn romances and this is no exception (81% but who is counting?!) I liked how oblivious like picture perfect oblivious Carl was. He is constantly falling into the most ridiculous situation-literally! And this was another great addition to this light and funny series. Great way to spend a lazy Sunday 🪃🐨🇦🇺🇳🇿🥝
The fake identity worried me a bit, but it was a Sings of Love book, so I hoped everything would be alright like with the previous book—whose reading is necessary to really understand this book. Unfortunately, it did not. Fake identity plots need to be done carefully, there’s a thin line between acceptable and ill intent. The reasons for it are important too. Here, Carl begins all these for selfish reasons—he don’t say no when he should, a trait he repeats often through the book—and continues for his ego; the other excuses are just that, excuses to justify his selfish actions. All of these is not acceptable for me, add up the ridiculous—and unbelievable—encounters and other situations, and I have a reading I wouldn’t enjoy—all the falling and that he offers, again and again, to do things he has not idea how to do it really got on my nerves. Carl’s behaviour is wrong in so many levels… at least he did right at the end of chapter five. That gave me hope for the rest of the book. But not, he kept doing stupid things: it’s not funny invading someone’s privacy; pretending to be his brother and deceiving other people; accepting dates—or meeting ups—thinking about having a fling when Jason’s sexuality wasn’t gay, or even if it were, it’s still wrong. He’s not a cute, oblivious guy, he’s selfish and a liar, who keeps compromising his brother and others because of his lies; not excuse is acceptable for lying the way he does. And he never stops to consider what he is doing to his brother’s reputation either. I don’t get why people think all of this is fun and acceptable. For me, at least, is not. I liked Jason’s book, and one may think it’s the same, but its’s not, this one felt wrong all the time. And I didn’t really like Grayson either, when I always love the partners. The only saving grace was that Grayson knew, but there’s a kind of a love triangle which is not my thing. After chapter twelve I thought it got finally the way Signs of love books usually do, my bad. Calling his brother after such intimacy is… not cute. By the way, schools talent shows are for kids, and if someone can’t make it, it’s not problem at all, there’s always a lot of delaying and if not, ending a few minutes early is a blessing. I know. I found the book full of lying, ridiculous scenes—not in a funny way—, and unbelievable situations. Unfortunately, not for me.
«We’re on the same road. How about we walk it together for a while?».
When I saw that Anyta Sunday was going to release another book in the Signs of Love series, I was crossing my fingers that it would be Jason's twin brother’s story. Imagine my glee when Capricorn Faces Scorpio does turn out to be what happened to Carl when Jason took his place in Earnest Point.
I absolutely adored Carl Birch. I was crying from the prologue when his heart was broken by his careless ex Pete. Ugh….Pete. He was such an insensitive sod in Jason’s book and he was even worse here. Carl was such a caring soul who just wanted to have the job he wanted and someone to love him. He was tired of being judged as less than simply because he worked in a convenience store. When he yelled at Grayson after the trivia debacle, I cried again. Carl was such a bright ball of sunshine and I wanted to wrap him up and tell him that he was special and worthy.
Grayson was a little harder to feel for. He was mysterious, judgy, and apparently the heartbreaker of Wellington. I feel like the single POV made it more difficult to figure out Grayson’s mind, and sometimes he said some not very nice things to Carl. Carl tried to avoid him but Grayson was everywhere. He didn’t want to be one of Grayson’s ‘groupies’. Once we learned Grayson’s backstory, it was clear why he behaved the way he did. I just didn’t feel that connection like I did with Carl. Plus, I wanted to know more about Sam, Grayson’s ex. There was just so little mentioned and it seemed like a big part of Grayson’s past.
I could not put this book down. I love the slow burn of Anyta’s work and the payoff is always so good. By the end, I always am very sure that the characters love each other. I certainly hope that this is not the last book of the series, but if it is, it’s a great way to end it. I know that I shall definitely be reading Jason and Carl’s stories again. I would love to see a scene or two of the brothers together. I hope that since they both found their HEA and are in the same town now, that they can grow a special relationship.
Not my favourite but still very darling. Part of the struggle is reading about Sage being treated badly and wanting them all to end up in Carls hometown which doesn’t really make sense Feel like we didn’t get to know Grayson as well as we could have
NSFW infos - slowburn - one penetrative sex scene at about 85-ish percent
OMG, I think I spent 90% of the time I was reading laughing 😁 the story is hilarious.
This series by Any ta Sunday is one of my absolute favorites because every story is funny, sweet and just lovely. This time we (finally) get to know the other twin's point of view so it is better to read the previous book before this one.
It is an excellent summer read, fast paced, light, without angst, with many unimaginable situations that will make everyone laugh or at least smile widely.
It took me a little bit more time than normally to fully get into the story because I kept losing track of who is who and why, but once I understood everything I had lots and lots of 😊

4.25 stars Typical "everything that we're saying without saying it" dialog from this author. So much undercurrent here. I hadn't really expected Carl's book, but it's awfully nice to have the companion to Jason's story.
It was cute! Granted, there's something a lot funnier about Jason's story for me, but that doesn't make Carl's less good. It was sweet, cute and funny in its own way
I thought the series was over but I'm so glad we got this book. I'm not a fan of tropes like misunderstandings or lying but with Anyta it always works. Please let there be more books in this series!
Capricorn Faces Scorpio is an entertaining and easy-to-read tale of swapped identity, heartbreak, and recovery. Eloquent and fluent writing, vibrant, witty, and exciting narrative with irresistible and charming characters turns this sweet romance into a page-turning, heartwarming, and captivating read. The slow-paced, simple plot with low angst or suspense turns into a captivating, vivid read because of insightful and witty dialogs and the constantly changing dynamic between Carl and Grayson. Well-developed characters and their interactions add value and engage readers' interest. Though I wished for more context on Carl and Grayson's past, I loved this book and enjoyed reading it from the first to the last page. A. Sunday takes the readers on a hilarious, emotional, heartwarming, and exciting journey from Carl and Grayson’s accidental first meeting to wholesome and profound love and relationship, conquering misunderstandings, mishaps, their own insecurities, and burdens of their past along the way. After being heartbroken by his ex, Carl decides to avoid his wedding and temporarily swap places with his twin brother Jason, a famous musician. Of course, being a clumsy, accident-prone person and far from musically proficient causes a lot of entertaining situations. Meeting Grayson, facing instant attraction, and trying to avoid yet another heartbreak definitely does not ease Carl’s burden of pretending and trying to fit into his famous brother’s shoes. Following Carl, the clumsy and insecure twin, as he does his best to pretend he is his brother, and Grayson, the town "Heartbreaker," who is recovering from a hurt himself, on their hilarious and sweet journey into each other's arms, it is impossible to resist warm and cozy feelings and rooting for their HEA. What to expect: Eloquent, vibrant, and fluent writing; entertaining and witty narrative; page-turning and feel-good romance; lovable and intriguing characters; hilarious dialogs and situations; passion and love; HEA. What not to expect: Dark drama with complex emotions and characters; challenging and overbearing issues; high angst, suspense, and tension; action, mystery, and violence.
Disclaimer: I believe that for every book written, there is a reader who will appreciate and enjoy it. This review reflects my personal and subjective opinion and should be read as such. It has been a long time since I have read a true slow burn (usually it only takes 50% max for things to get steamy), but here there is only one sexy scene. Although I had to keep reminding myself that this was an Anyta Sunday slow burn so to slow my roll—I’m glad we don’t get Carl and Grayson falling into bed early. She is a master at building the connection first and with these two they were both going through their own heartbreak.
I loved all of Carl and Grayson’s interactions and how Carl shared his brother’s obliviousness (but not quite as much and more because he was unwilling/scared to see it) and how they built such a solid friendship first. When Carl opens up and unloads on Grayson for the first time I legit couldn’t stop crying. It hit me hard. And I loved how they gave small pieces to each other—baring open wounds and having each other help mend them. I feel like because they had that time to grow a friendship and to start to heal the feelings were easier to grasp onto even though they were both equally scared. This had a lot of heart and I smiled a lot.
As much as I did enjoy this there are a few things that— not bothered, but I was aware of. A lot of times with this author I feel like we are dropped into chapter 5. For this I feel like we skipped a few chapters and jumped from chapter 1 to 5. Yes, this can be read as a standalone, but I highly recommend reading Jason’s story first because we don’t get enough info to understand what’s going on in this alone. I wish we could have gotten Carl’s POV on how he coped with losing his boyfriend and watching him build a life with someone else. How Pete asked him to be his best man and Carl’s thought process in wanting to switch places. I feel Like that would have been a great foundation for really understanding Carl’s headspace.
I also wish we could have gotten a little more time with Carl and Grayson as a couple and the actual conversation with his mom. Maybe even some interactions with Jason too. These things didn’t necessarily make me dislike the story, it would have just enhanced it IMO.
This was a good addition to this series and I selfishly hope we get more—Poppy maybe? And I wouldn’t mind a cameo from Theo and Jamie—they are by far still my favorite pair.
