This book takes a unique approach to coping with grief over losing a cat: using AI. The author doesn't recommend it as a replacement for talking to humans about it but suggests it as a supplement for times when you need to express your feelings and talking to someone isn't possible. The author provides a variety of prompts and suggestions for using AI and recommends taking time to process your grief. The grieving process is different for everyone.

The memorial journal that comes with it was such a thoughtful extra. Putting down my memories and photos helped me keep my cat’s spirit close in a positive way. If you’re hurting from the loss of your cat, this book really feels like a small light in the darkness. What touched me most about this book is how it blends grief with hope. For anyone mourning the loss of a cat, this is a beautiful companion. I totally recommend it!

I really liked how it creates space for grief without judgment. Many people don’t understand the depth of losing a cat, but anyone who has felt that bond knows it can be just as profound as losing any other family member. This book recognizes that truth. The reflections were tender and easy to take in, especially on nights when emotions felt overwhelming. I liked that I could pick it up for just a few minutes and still walk away feeling comforted.
