thank you so much katie for allowing me to arc read 💜 i’ve missed these characters so much and seeing how to tied to the other books in this book world just EATS !! aahh i absolutely loved reading about theo and aria 🥹

this is a short and spicy novella, continuation of “call him daddy”, age gap, dark secrets, family drama, mom’s ex-fiancé, secret society, bdsm elements, power dynamic, duo pov, book two in duet 💋

picking up where it left off in book one, theo and aria have finally settled down and moved in. aria is about to start her new job and is absolutely thriving in this new location. theo however … he’s still keeping secrets and being suspicious. aria notices how secretive he’s being and she wants to learn about what his job really is. but with her mother banging on the door, ready to come up and expose theo, aria learns more than what she bargained for 👀

i still can’t get over how theo and aria got their happy ending 🥹 they absolutely deserve it !! through thick and thin, aria stood by theo and vice versa. when theo thought he truly hurt aria during their moment, he completely lost his head. he felt so distraught when he thought he didn’t hear her express herself. i actually teared up reading that scene 😭 this man really hated himself when he thought he actually hurt her omg !! and the consent checks ???? oh i’m done for 🧎🏻‍♀️

i’m going to miss these two so bad 😩 i already do omg !! it was so amazing getting a glimpse of the other characters in this book world again 🤗 like garret and sara !!! ahhh i missed them 🫶🏼

Spice: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ (and a little extra Daddy dust on top)

Okay… I wasn’t ready for Theo and Aria to consume me like that. This book gave me Fifty Shades nostalgia but with even more spice and way more heart. We’re talking billionaire, 20+ year age gap, protective from day one, and yes—Daddy kink central. 🫠🔥

Theo? Straight up ZADDY vibes. He’s protective, loving, and absolutely down bad for Aria from the moment they meet. This man buys her whatever she wants, washes her hair in the shower (hello microtrope perfection), and makes sure she knows she’s his. Call him Daddy, indeed.

Aria? Total sassy, daring queen. She pushes boundaries, flirts her way through the tension, and yet lets herself trust Theo in a way she’s not used to. She’s hardworking, handles her family drama like a champ, and feels real—damaged but not defined by it.

The twist? Ex-fiancé’s daughter! I was shook and low-key loved it. Add in some messy family drama, steamy bedroom scenes that left me begging for more, and a novella that’s basically a required pregame (Call Him Daddy), and you’ve got a book that’s as indulgent as it is addictive.

This was the perfect palate cleanser. Short, dramatic, hot, and sweet all at once. The only downside? I wish it were longer because Theo and Aria had me hooked. But with that epilogue tease 👀, I’m crossing my fingers Kate Perez gives us more soon.

“Keep My Secrets” by Katie Perez is the second book in her Anastasia Duet & begins immediately where “Call Him Daddy” ends.

Aria has thrown caution to the wind and moved into Theo’s penthouse within days of their explosive first encounter.

Unable & unwilling to deny their intense chemistry despite the somewhat twisted, almost familial bond they share, Theo is all in with Aria. Determined to keep her by being the supportive & nurturing daddy she needs. Theo lavishes her with praise, attention & his black amex all while encouraging her to turn his penthouse into her home.

Alas, Theo never planned to have to explain his life to a certain perfect, submissive babygirl, and so certain aspects of his professional life still need to be hidden. For the time being.

Despite her fear of abandonment, and the intermittent nagging thoughts that Theo is hiding details of his professional life, Aria continually puts her full trust in Theo in the bedroom where things get very hot & kinky. And let me tell you, both she & this reader get rewarded (& occasionally punished) in the most delectable ways. Theo is a master dirty talker while being a carefully attentive dom, delivering just the right balance of pleasure & pain.

Katie Perez does a fantastic job of fleshing out “Call Him Daddy” with “Keep His Secrets”. Theo & Aria are both well written & developed in such a brief amount of space. All this without scrimping on depth or the all important spice. Such a great read!

I'm so excited about being back in Theo and Aria's world! After Call Him Daddy, I KNEW I needed more of their story!

We pick up right where we leave off in Call Him Daddy, and I gotta say, it's genuinely so sweet to see the progression of their relationship. It started hot and heavy, especially with Aria's mom being Theo's ex fiancé. But these two have such a natural chemistry! The heat of their intimacy, the communication of their limits in and out of the bedroom, and overall how they support each other.

I absolutely love getting more about Theo's job as well, I feel like the peak behind the curtain we get into his life is exactly what I was hoping for! And to see Aria thriving in this new internship after all her struggles with her mother is empowering!

If you're looking for a quick read, I highly recommend Keep My Secrets! And definitely check out Call Him Daddy first if you haven't!!

YES. YES. YES. GOD, YESSS!! Theo and Aria's story picks up right where it left off from book one. I'm never speechless for doing a review. I needed this duet like I needed air. I was in a weird reading funk, and Daddy Theo GOT. 👏🏻ME. 👏🏻OUT. 👏🏻OF. 👏🏻IT. 👏🏻 There was a bit more plot to this book than the last but the spice *chefs kiss* Aria's mom needs a swift kickin. I need not say more. Theo and Aria's relationship has so much trust, but Theo is keeping secrets and for obvious reasons. He just has to figure out how to tell Aria. I can't wait for y'all to continue their story! When you do, ENJOY!!

This book was such a great continuation from Call Him Daddy! Loved watching the relationship grow between Aris and Theo🖤.
I do wish we got a bit more chapters from theos POV but everything was so well written. This book really set up options to maybe see future characters get their own standalone and I can definitely see Aria and Theo having more to their story as well.
And if you didn’t already know this book is spicer than spicy🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️. We thought we saw the heat in the first book but this one definitely tops in that regard.
Can’t wait to read more books from Katie!

Keep My Secrets is a continuation from Call Him Daddy, which I freaking loved! But this one! Ahh!! It upped the ante! Theo’s secrets are revealed, it’s spicier, and there’s extra drama with Aria’s mom!!

I loved how Aria and Theo’s relationship evolves and how she stands by his side after her mom accuses him of atrocious things.

I enjoyed Garret and Sara’s cameos so much! And that epilogue! Um, fingers crossed there’s another duet or at least standalone with Eddie’s story!!

I loved reading more about Aria and Theo and seeing what happened after the ending of the previous book. This book was steamier than the first, and it was nice to see how Theo and Aria started trusting each other, allowing Theo to show Aria what he liked in the bedroom.

Aria had just moved in with Theo, and I loved how he spoiled her from the very beginning, always wanting her to be happy. She had to spend some time alone while Theo was working, but she knew how to have fun and tease him while he was away. Aria eventually found out about Theo’s toys, and I really enjoyed reading all of their steamy scenes with them.

Theo had a mysterious job, and he never wanted to put Aria in danger, so I liked how, after her mom started digging into his private life, he decided to be honest with Aria about his work and show her he wasn’t a bad guy. I loved how Aria trusted him and continued to support him despite her mom’s comments.

Aria started to learn more about what Theo liked, and their steamy moments were hot and exciting to read. Despite their age difference, they had a strong connection, and I loved seeing how their relationship grew stronger throughout the book.

Their story was short but very enjoyable, and I’m glad I decided to read it. I loved seeing Aria and Theo get their happy ending, and I’ll definitely read Eddie and Mia’s story if the author writes it in the future.

So here I was just vibing along, and BAM — I didn’t realise this was book two 😳 cue me running a backwards marathon to inhale book one so I could actually understand my ARC like the messy little gremlin I am.

DADDY KINK LOCKED AND LOADED. I’m in daddy heaven!
Katie girl, thank you for feeding me this delicious chaos. I loved these characters like oxygen and seeing how this tied into the whole spicy secret society book world?? My brain said: EATS.

Theo + Aria = my whole toxic comfort meal. This book picks up right where “Call Him Daddy” left off. We’ve got age gap, family drama, mom’s ex-fiancé (yes, you read that right), secret societies, BDSM elements, and Theo still being a mysterious little liar man. Aria’s thriving in her new life but also side-eyeing her man like: 👀 “sir… what do you actually do??” And then mommy dearest comes banging on the door ready to blow shit up.

Let me just scream about their “happy ending” because THESE TWO DESERVE. When Theo thought he hurt Aria? This man completely lost his brain cells, his composure, his soul. I had tears in my eyes and then he hit me with the most tender consent checks and I just… flopped like a Victorian woman fainting.

Short. Spicy. Secret-filled. Daddy kink heaven. I’m feral.

Katie Perez did an absolutely amazing job with Keep My Secrets, which is the 2nd book after the sweet n' spicy novella Call Me Daddy. Just a heads up, you will not enjoy this book as much if you don't read them in order. Keep My Secrets is a 5-star read overflowing with spice.
Aria our gorgeous, strong, and talented young FMC is a powerful force to be reckoned with, and knows what she wants and needs in life and from her man. She is insanely talented and continues to run circles around her fellow workers at a job she is more than qualified for. The one thorn in her side happens to be her mom, and Aria must decide between family and love, and the decision might surprise you.
Theo, our gorgeous, handsome, and older MMC, leads us down a path of money, care, strength, support, and love. He never thought his life would have a woman in it, let alone a woman from his past. He brings her in, and she is on board from the beginning of her new life with him. He realizes just how much having someone to love makes him happy and wants to do whatever he can to hold onto that feeling.
These two face some obstacles and have the choice to run or conquer.
I cannot recommend this book and duet enough. If Call Me Daddy and Keep My Secrets aren't already on your TBR, what are you waiting for?

Loved getting more of Aria & Theo. This picked up right where “Call Him Daddy” ended (I did have to go back and re-read the end of that to remember where we left off.) This was spicier than “Call Him Daddy,” with Aria & Theo getting more comfortable with each other and exploring kinks. Theo is still keeping some secrets from Aria, and she has some insecurities around the secret phone calls and trips. I liked that Theo was constantly reassuring Aria, and trying to convince her to use his Amex to buy whatever she needed for the penthouse, to make it hers.

I have no knowledge of BDSM practices, but Theo seems like an A+ Daddy Dom - from the checklist he had Aria fill out, to making sure to always have her chocolates for after, to giving her equal amounts of pleasure and pain. And Aria of course brought out her Bratty side at times to egg him on.

We also got more of Aria’s mother trying to get in the way of Aria & Theo’s relationship. I liked that Theo swiftly shut her down, and took care of her when she didn’t get the hint.

If you love age-gap, forbidden (he’s her mother’s ex-fiance), Daddy Dom/BDSM, you will love this book, but make sure to read Call Him Daddy first!

I have been impatiently waiting for some spare time for this ARC. Call him daddy had me dying for more at the end, now I finally have answers.

Picking up exactly where the first book left off, you get to see the progression of Aria and Theo's relationship. Theo was this mysterious and wealthy older man. All my questions about his job have been answered, for now. Aria is coming into her own as a young adult, has her first adult paying job and no longer living in her small home town. She did not expect to be in a relationship with her mother's ex fiance. The life her mother once wanted is now all hers if mommy dearest doesn't stop putting her nose where it shouldn't be.

Will the secret phone calls and last minute work trips be something Aria is always in the dark about? Or will Theo finally open up and let Aria keep his secrets? Hopefully their relationship can stand the test of family drama and past relationships that just keep coming back around.

This book was.....perfection!

When I first read Theo and Arias first book Call Him Daddy I was obsessed with them, they both have broken past caused by the same enemy.....Arias mom, once Theo learned Aria wasn't his daughter haha she was the object of his obsession and he was doing everything to get her.

When we pick up their story we get to watch all their delicious spice but also watch them fall in love with each other, Theo will do anything and everything for his girl from giving her his Amex to helping her get a foot in the door at a dream job for her to give her the chance to talk herself up for an internship there.

And when Arias mom shows up starting trouble out of jealousy of Aria being with Theo he once again shows he will do anything, and I mean ANYTHING for his girl! Their love story is EVERYTHING I could read about them till the end of my days because the love Theo has for Aria, and the love she has for him 🥹

Obsession. Daddy kink. Secret society. THIS is exactly what I was hoping for!

Keep My Secrets struck the perfect balance between plot, kink, and mystery, I devoured every page. The continuation of Aria and Theo’s story, with all its twists, turns, highs, and lows, had me fully hooked. Aria finally understands what she’s stepping into, and watching her face it head-on without fear made me admire her even more. It shows just how far she’s come from her past, choosing to break free and chase her future with no hesitation.

I especially loved how this book highlighted the level of trust required in a Daddy Dom/sub relationship. It’s truly the foundation of making it work, and that dynamic was portrayed beautifully.

While Call Him Daddy served as an introduction, Keep My Secrets elevated the story in every way. I enjoyed it so much more than the first and can’t wait to see where Aria and Theo’s journey goes next.

As the conclusion to the Anastasia Duet, Keep My Secrets delivered everything I was hoping for—angst, forbidden tension, and a storm of secrets finally coming to light. Aria and Theo’s dynamic is complicated, messy, and sometimes frustrating, but that’s exactly what made their story so addictive. I loved the way Katie Perez balanced the romance with the emotional weight of guilt, betrayal, and redemption.

Theo’s flaws made him a difficult character at times, but his growth kept me rooting for him. Aria was strong yet vulnerable, and her struggle to navigate love, family ties, and her own heart felt real. The chemistry between them was undeniable, and even when the pacing slowed, the push-and-pull of their relationship had me hooked.

Some twists were a little predictable, and a few sections dragged, but overall the emotional payoff was worth every page. This duet is messy, steamy, and full of drama—the kind of story that makes you stay up way too late just to see how it all ends.

Just finished Keep My Secrets by Katie Perez (@katieaperezauthor) This story continues from where Call Me Daddy leaves off so make sure you read that first otherwise you will be confused and may not like the story as much. I don’t want to do my normal review where I talk about the story because I don’t know how not to spoil this book. But I loved it. I loved how Aria finds herself with the childhood trauma she endured. Theo helps her find a job by only setting up an interview for a secretary position at an architect firm only for her to wow them into hiring her for an internship as a designer. The only really drama in the whole book is when Arias mom shows up. But despite arias fear of people leaving her Theo shows he’s not going anywhere. I do recommend this duet. But read the trigger warnings before reading. Can’t wait for her next book!

Well it has been done again. Keep Me Secrets picks up right where the first book left off. Personally, Daddy Theo is chefs kiss. Now, please check trigger warnings. No this is not a real dark book, but it does touch on some dark things.

If you are looking for an age gap, secret society, found family, with a touch of kink, then this is your book. I found myself laughing, shocked and intrigued. This was a quick read that once I started I could not put down. It was over way to soon, but it did not end on a cliff hanger.

Now, if you don't like your spice with a little kink, you may want to skip this book. The spice is on point and the kink takes it up another notch.

Overall rating 5 stars, 5 smiles, 5 peppers and 2 black hearts.

Theo is learning how to let Aria into his life, his home . He has growing feelings for her and they are getting stronger daily... He wants to take care of her , provide and have her become a permanent part of his life. there are lies and omissions that threaten to shake up the very core of their relationship... will they be able to make to over that hurdle and to the other side in 1 piece or will this be the end of them together !!! I am absolutely obsessed with her writing and these 2 characters...

This was completely ridiculous, in all the best ways.
It was short, spicy and stretched reality.
I was so excited for more of Aria and Theo after Call Him Daddy and this definitely didn’t let me down.
If you’re after a deep and meaningful literary masterpiece with big character development and world building, this isn’t the one for you.
But if you’re after a spicy, morally grey, easy to read story, where you can just suspend reality for a little while and enjoy a billionaire spoiling his much younger girlfriend, in all the right ways, this is a great option.
I read this in a couple of hours and it was a great distraction from the real world.

I have been waiting a long time for the story of Theo and Aria to come back to light. There is no other duo I love more then these two. I mean Theo is dominant and demands obedience from Aria but at the same time gives her the world. While the first book didn't cover Theo's line of work, Keep My Secrets delves right in. In the process, Aria's mother makes an appearance and at the same time brings trouble. There are miss communications between Theo and Aria at some pivotable moments but they are cleared up quickly and the story moves one. This novella is just as good and even better than the first book. Call Him Daddy and Keep My Secrets are a must on your bookshelves and on your kindle.

I read this as an arc and I genuinely have not loved a book so much in a long time. I find it can be so difficult to really get a good mix of plot and spice and drama but not too much and not too heavy but she has found the perfect combination of everything. I really love how she addresses the experience of a toxic environment and toxic relationships within families, and it's so nice to feel seen even in something like spice and Katie makes you feel seen

if I can recommend a book a million times it would be this one!

This picked right back up, where we left off in call me Daddy. As much as this sticks to the spice over plot, towards the end, it does become more plot heavy, which I enjoyed. The plot is still reasonably low angst and almost adjacent to the love story but adds something extra to the story. Theo is so sweet, but only to her. It's an amazing age gap story. I definitely recommend it as a quick read in-between.

Just as yummy as the first book. Another solid quick read. I literally read this in a couple hours and was smiling from ear to ear by the end. We get some ups and downs during this book but it was worth it. My jaw dropped during a few times and I was jealous of Aria at points, but she deserves to be treated as a princess by someone who generally cares about her. I’m just excited to have been able to read more from these characters.

I was keeping an eye for this book and I’m glad I did I enjoyed book one and I wasn’t disappointed. If your looking for a book rec with some age gap and secret society this is for you. This picks up from book one now Thoe and Aria have moved in together. Theo work threaten to shatter the trust he has with Aria by keeping secrets. Now he has to find a way to tell her and keep her safe from his world.

Do you trust me...

It all started in book one and I was hooked. This was the first time I have had the pleasure of reading this AMAZING author.
Katie A Perez, is a sensational writer. The only complaint I have is that there is not a whole series lined out for these Knights and Queens... (long hard sigh) She gave me just the tip when I very clearly, needed more...

After reading the first book I had such high hopes of this one, but it fell a little short for me. I enjoyed seeing Aria and Theo back in this book with it picking up where the first book left off. The daddy kink was high in this book. It was interesting seeing the interaction with Aria’s mom though.
