Excellent for new instructors. Familiar material for USMC Instructors.

This is excellent for new instructors or even current instructors who have never been through military service. However as an instructor who also taught as a US Marine, I did not get as much as I was hoping for out of this book. A lot of it covered teaching methods that are a basis for the Marine Corps. Still a worthwhile book. Just temper your expectations to your experience.
