What an eye opening read into PTSD/PTSI and the potential for recovery! This book was a much easier read than I anticipated and brought great insight to me around not only what people with PTSD/PTSI go through but how it truly is an injury in which there is a cure. I appreciated the personal stories of Dr. Lipov that were also included and the holistic look at alternative treatments, medications and more.
