Absolutely incoherent. Apparently requires you to eat a carrot salad daily. Read this because I miss the solipsistic quasi-scientific literature of yestertimes. Something very confident about how this book is written.

I’m sure this fellow is quite knowledgeable, but does he have an editor? It was like trying to read someone’s shorthand scattered post it notes for a university class you didn’t take. There are no real conclusions in this book. It jumps all over the place, and basically lists facts about hormones and the author’s meditations on corporatism. I gather he has a social media following and it’s probably best to check him out in that space. Writing for his audience isn’t this fellow’s strong suit.

Very interesting, and I will read it again and go over what I highlighted. Generations of American women (and people all over the world) have been cheated by nutritional nonsense made up by big corporations.
