More of the Aunty Monitor, and we get to see the Fawcett, Quality, and Charlton characters.

En su guarida, el Antimonitor vigila a Flash, quien ha comenzado a recuperarse del hechizo de miedo del Psico-Pirata. El villano declara que cuando las energías restantes del Monitor se desvanezcan, las cuales ahora protegen Tierra 1 y Tierra 2, el poder supremo será suyo. Como prometió, le otorga al Psico-Pirata el poder suficiente para controlar las emociones de las personas en tres Tierras. Esto contrarrestará el plan del Monitor de salvar esos mundos con la ayuda de superseres de Tierra 1 y Tierra 2.

En el satélite, los héroes intentan salvarse mientras su refugio se desmorona. Pariah desaparece, atraído por un nuevo desastre. Alex se engancha a una de las máquinas para atraer a las Tierras 4, S y X al infraverso del Monitor. Harbinger lo deja inconsciente para evitar su sacrificio, luego entra en el pozo de energía en el centro del satélite, momentos antes de que el satélite explote.

En Tierra 1, Lex Luthor, huyendo de Superman, es transportado a la nave de Brainiac. Luthor se sorprende, pues nunca había visto a Brainiac en su forma robótica. La computadora viviente revela un plan para convertirlos en gobernantes del universo.

I really got tired of this series when I started reading it a few months ago, but…

I'm getting so all-in on DC and Grant Morrison's brilliant Animal Man run reminded me of this (for obvious reasons), so… I should see this thing through, yeah?

The art is still spectacular.

The story still bores me, for the most part. There's just not really any depth to any of it? How could there be? The whole point is to have an impossibly broad and predictably shallow cast of characters.

I'm sure that it means more to people who read some of these characters leading up to this event, but I'm relatively new to comics and I've mostly only read post-Crisis DC other than that and… I think you could be forgiven for expecting this to be a good starting point when it comes to post-Crisis reading, but I don't think it is.

This issue expands the crisis to other earths, including those inhabited by the Fawcett, Quality, and Charlton characters. Psycho Pirate finally gets his chance and Harbinger attempts to redeem her murder of the Monitor. Plus we get more of the Anti-Monitor.

2 worlds are merging and now thanks to Harbinger we have 5 worlds merging. The Anti-Monitor can't collect their power though. Harbinger is now her human self again.

Mais que satisfatório. Eu acho que até agora foi a leitura que mais me prendeu de todo este enredo.
O Flash em todas as terras continua como protagonista para mim, ele se recuperando dos controles do Pirata Psíquico dá a entender que algo de maior ele vai fazer nos próximos capítulos (e, é o que eu espero).
(1) Não sabia jamais que o manto da Pantera Negra era passado, mas parabéns Yolanda Montez, você não só foi inesperada mas também é muito necessária neste momento.
(2) O fato da mulher maravilha manter cordialidade até mesmo no meio das batalhas as vezes me deixa um pouco chocado.
(3) Ted Kord saiba que este perfil é uma monarquia onde você governa, a sua palavra é lei e não há democracia. Se você acha, eu concordo. Se você fala, eu escuto. Se você manda, eu obedeço. Se o mundo é contra você, eu sou contra o mundo.
