This was my very first MM romance and oh my gosh… I am absolutely in love with the relationship between the two MMCs! I’m so happy that Mikhail finally gets the happy ending he deserves. After everything he’s been through, it was so rewarding to see him find someone who is there for him 100%.
The story kicks off with a bang 💥 Since the characters are already familiar from Twisted Devotion, it felt seamless, and honestly I don’t think Ashleigh could’ve chosen a better partner for Mikhail.
Reading about what Mikhail and his partner endured absolutely broke my heart, but it also made me love them even more. And those plot twists?! I was literally sitting up in bed, jaw dropped, in pure shock.
Such an emotional, fast-paced, and beautifully written read❤️ Ashleigh nailed this one!

How did I feel about this book? Well.... Definitely heavy.. Dark/black romance, M/M even which is my favourite 👌 this book was so intense but I'm legitimately excited to read the kids stories tbh.... Collecting children left and right.... I want to see them older and interacting with each other 👌🙏 please and thank you

Truely loved this book from start to finish.
Kept me on the edge of my seat so many times and gave me a first row ticket to the emotional rollercoaster.
Though time has passed between book one and book two, Ashleigh has done an amazing job at keeping their core values and personality intact.
The trauma, both past and present, that is shown and expressed throughout, and the impact they’ve had on these characters, the reactions and thoughts they have, are realistic and not brushed over.
The only negative was seeing the last page of the book, knowing it was finished and I’ll now have to wait for the next book.
I can’t wait to read more of what Ashleigh writes.

What a sequel, absolutely fabulous 👌
Same as with the first book, I totally devoured it in one sitting as I couldn't put it down! There was explosive spice and plot twists that kept on coming, so much packed in a couple hundred pages that it was unreal!

Wow this Mafia MM, had me completely hooked. Finished it in about 3 hours, I couldn’t put it down! Ace is now one of my fave characters ever, I need the next book immediately!
