The Touch Of The Devine

What if, at your lowest moment, God sat beside you — not to perform miracles, but to simply talk?

The Touch of the Divine is a deeply moving collection of conversational poetry between a broken young man and Lord Krishna. Crushed by failure, heartbreak, and the weight of expectations, the boy is ready to give up — until Krishna gently intervenes. Over 21 transformative days, Krishna walks with him through memories, regrets, and emotional scars, helping him rediscover purpose, discipline, and the divine strength within.

Each poem reflects a universal human struggle — love lost, dreams delayed, faith questioned — especially resonant for middle-class souls who silently carry the world’s weight. With compassion, clarity, and timeless wisdom, Krishna offers not escape, but awakening.

This book is for anyone who’s ever felt unseen, unheard, or unworthy. Let these verses remind you that even in your darkest hour, the divine is still within reach — and so is your healing.

It a novel about a 21-year-old boy at rock bottom, who is ready to give and author turns it into a quiet, powerful journey of healing through 21 days spent in conversation with Krishna.
No dramatic miracles, no instant fixes, just gentle truths that slowly peel back layers of fear, self-doubt, heartbreak, and the expectations we all carry.
What I loved most is how personal it feels. Krishna is guiding, reminding you of things you already know but somehow forget when life gets loud , reminding that your worth isn’t defined by speed or success, that pain can help you in growth, and that you’re never as alone as you think.
The writing is soft, poetic, and grounding and the lines hit straight in the chest, some feel like someone placing a warm hand on your shoulder. It’s the kind of book you return to when life feels heavy and you need reassurance that you’re still on your path even if you can’t see the way forward yet.

Book Review: *The Touch of the Devine* by Sairam Tadepalli @tvmsr19

More than 5,000 years ago, on the blood-soaked fields of Kurukshetra, Arjuna froze amid the epic war, torn between duty and despair, yearning for clarity.

Krishna's timeless counsel broke through, speaking not just to him, but to all who've felt lost.

Sairam Tadepalli revives this wisdom in *The Touch of the Divine*, following a 21-year-old man stripped of self-belief, confidence, and love.

In utter defeat, he seeks to end it all before his God—only for Krishna to appear, offering 21 days to reclaim his life.

No quick fixes or riches here; instead, Krishna reveals inner strength, the purpose of pain, mindful living, and faith's quiet power.

Far from dogma, this poetic narrative—each chapter a raw dialogue with silent suffering—resonates for anyone battling self-doubt, heartbreak, or societal weight, blending ancient lore with modern awakening.

I adore its raw honesty: true transformation ignites from within, not external applause.

We undervalue our innate power, seeking validation outside when infinite potential already simmers inside, awaiting discovery.

Tadepalli distills this into a profound ethos:

- **Infinite Capabilities**: We're born with boundless potential, undrainable by hardship.

- **The Inner Teacher**: Growth thrives by listening inward, beyond outer noise.

- **Divine Presence**: Our guide is the universal Krishna—ever-present consciousness within.

Living with This Awareness

This invites action: ditch waiting for permission; practice diligently, trust your inner compass, and value external guides without forgetting the divine core. In a limiting world, Krishna affirms what we *are*: infinite, capable, inwardly led.

A Personal Reflection

This book sparked thoughts on life's progression and success—not a uniform chase for wealth, power, or knowledge, but a personal odyssey.

Like a mango tree's fruit or a bamboo's resilient sway, our purposes vary, all rooted in that inner divine spark, guiding unique blooms.

More than a book, it's a gentle revolution for self-discovery. Highly recommended.

I'm still reeling from the emotional impact of Sairam Tadepalli's "The Touch of The Devine". This book is a masterpiece that will leave you breathless, tearful, and ultimately, transformed. It's a poignant exploration of the human experience, delving deep into the darkest corners of our souls and emerging with a message of hope, healing, and redemption.

The story follows the journey of our protagonist, whose life is marked by trauma, pain, and loss. Yet, it's not just a story of suffering; it's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of love and faith. As I turned the pages, I felt like I was walking alongside the protagonist, experiencing the pangs of sorrow, the sting of heartbreak, and the warmth of comfort.

What sets this book apart is the author's exquisite storytelling, which is both hauntingly beautiful and disarmingly honest. Sairam Tadepalli's writing is like a gentle breeze on a summer's day – soothing, calming, and rejuvenating. The narrative flows with a quiet confidence, drawing you in with its gentle yet unflenting exploration of the human condition.

But it's not all heavy; there's a profound sense of joy, peace, and hope that permeates every page. The book is filled with moments of beauty and connection reminding us that even in the darkest moments, there is always a glimmer of light, a spark of hope that can ignite the flames of healing and redemption.

"The Touch of The Devine" by Sairam Tadepalli is more than just a novel; it's a spiritual experience, a prayer, a meditation on the human condition. It's a reminder that we are not alone, that our struggles are not unique, and that we are all connected in this messy, beautiful, and sacred dance called life.

🦚🪈The Touch of The Devine by Sairam Tadepalli🪈🦚

I’ve never been much into philosophical books — they often come across as too preachy for my taste. When the @bloomandpage.pr team sent me this one, the first thing I noticed was that it wasn’t a thick book, so I decided to give it a try and see how it felt. 📖🤔

To my surprise, I found many of its quotes deeply meaningful and resonant.😌

One detail that immediately caught my eye was the spelling of DIVINE as DEVINE. I waited for the book to explain this, and it did — the author made a deliberate creative choice that symbolises imperfect human decisions that can falter even in the highest guidance possible, 💫and how that very imperfection becomes the ground for growth.🌱🌼

The book unfolds as a conversation between a boy weighed down by the pressures of life and Krishna, who listens and gently helps him shed his burdens.

✨✨”Not every ship that sails away carries your treasure.
Some losses are actually gifts —
Wrapped in a paper of pain.
Had those people stayed,
Had those wrong dreams flourished,

You would have missed the right ones.

Trust the pruning, my boy.
Sometimes God breaks your branches —
so that you may touch the sky.”✨✨

This passage, in particular, struck a deep chord with me. I found myself reading it slowly, taking it in — and it never felt overly preachy.

While the constant use of analogies involving rivers and trees did start to feel somewhat repetitive, the book overall had a calming effect. I’d recommend taking your time with it and approach it at an easy pace, the recurring imagery will blend in more naturally.🫠😇

I didn’t expect a small book to hold so much depth, but this book surprised me in ways I wasn’t prepared for. What began as a casual flip-through quickly turned into an emotional journey that left me reflecting long after I closed the book.

The book follows a boy weighed down by pain, failure, and expectations, who meets Krishna at the edge of despair. What unfolds is a 21-day conversation that feels less like a story and more like gentle guidance, something soft, comforting, and strangely familiar. As I read, I often felt as though Krishna wasn’t just talking to him but speaking directly to the tired parts of me.

The author’s storytelling is honest, soothing, and deeply human. The author’s words explore heartbreak, regret, hurt, and healing with a simplicity that hits hard. One of the passages about loss being a hidden gift stayed with me for days; I found myself re-reading it slowly, letting its meaning settle. There’s a quiet wisdom in the way the author reminds us that sadness is natural, but we must not build a home inside it.

I also loved the thought behind spelling “DIVINE” as “DEVINE,” symbolizing how imperfect choices can still lead to profound growth. It’s these little touches that make the book feel personal and thoughtful.

Some analogies repeat, but not in a tiring way; they create a rhythm that becomes calming if you read at an easy pace.

This book is more than poetry or philosophy. It’s a companion, a mirror, and a warm hand on your back when life feels heavy. A book I know I will return to whenever I need clarity, comfort, or quiet strength.

Have you ever picked up a book and felt the cover itself whisper a story to you?

That’s exactly what The Touch of the Devine by Sairam Tadepalli did to me.

The very first thing that caught my eye was the breathtaking cover Krishna standing gracefully against a glowing full moon, surrounded by soft clouds and stardust. It feels dreamy, divine, and almost like an invitation into a world where healing and hope sit hand-in-hand. Even before turning the first page, the cover sets the tone: comforting, spiritual, and deeply emotional.

Inside, the book unfolds as a gentle 21-day journey between a young boy lost in his lowest phase and Krishna, who meets him not as a god on a pedestal but as a friend who listens. Their conversations feel warm, personal, and strangely familiar like reading the words you didn’t know your heart needed.

What I loved most is the simplicity. The author doesn’t try to sound profound; the depth just naturally flows through his words. Some verses stayed with me long after I closed the book, especially the ones that quietly remind you that pain is temporary and growth often begins in moments of uncertainty.

It’s the kind of book you reach for on days when everything feels heavy. The kind that doesn’t try to fix you, but gently sits with you until you find your way back.

If you enjoy spiritual poetry, emotional reflections, or books that feel like a soft hand on your shoulder, The Touch of the Devine is something you should absolutely read. It’s calming, thoughtful, and beautifully healing in the simplest way.

5 star rating is so less for this masterpiece. If I could, I would give this book a million stars. This book is something which I will be coming back later to when life feels heavy, when I think I am loosing myself. Not even exaggerating, I got one of my all time favourite book.

REVIEW-

this is a conversation between lord Krishna and a boy written as a collection of poetry. The boy lost all his hope, he is completely drained, exhausted and on the verge of quitting everything. He is angry with krishna saying how can we completely blindside him and proceeds to do the worst to him....(drink poison to end it all). That's when Lord Krishna blesses him with his presence. He stops him and ask for 21 days to just change his mind. The boy asks, 21 days? What will even change in them and Lord Krishna says that he personally will be walking with him thru the boys life. The boy finally agrees and proceeds to spend the next 21 says with Krishna on his side.

Everyday came with meaning. Meaning of existence, meaning of life, meaning of boundaries. Lord krishna guides him thru many problems he was facing like financial issues, moving on from ex girlfriend, comparing himself with others, high hopes, the value of time etc.

This book didn’t only teach me some things rather acted as a journal. A story of me, a story of failure or getting up again to give it another try. It made me realise that I am the one who set my own worth in other people eyes, it make me realise that I am not alone. It gave me a push I always needed to actually be at peace with myself and understand the inner me rather than pleading and hoping other people likes me. Highly recommended. A very short read.🌱🦚💚

This book feels like healing. It feels like an answer to every question and every doubt we carry. It genuinely feels as if Krishna is talking to us, listening, replying, teaching, and most importantly helping us rise again by showing us our own strength and the light hidden within.

The book tells a story through poetries about a boy who has lost all hope, who feels abandoned by everyone, who feels nothing, and is ready to end his life. And then comes Krishna, his guiding force, the hand that holds him and pulls him back toward himself.

The poetries are so beautiful and raw that I don’t think anyone would fail to relate. They touch almost every emotion and every self doubt a human goes through. Failure, expectations, hurt, letting go, lost time, patience... it speaks to all of it.

The book is divided into 21 chapters, symbolising the 21 days Krishna asks the boy to give him so he can show him the light within. The writing is simple, flowy, and deeply comforting. It feels like answers to questions we never say out loud.

This book is for everyone who has lost, who has failed, who has given up, who is burdened by expectations, who has been left behind, who feels stuck, or who feels not good enough.

Trust me, this is one of those calming yet awakening reads that stays with you long after you’ve closed the book.

Okay this book has healed parts of me that even I didn't know were broken.

The Touch of Devine is a novel written by Sairam Tadepalli. It's written in the conversational form and follows a boy, a 21 year old guy who has given up on life and God. Broken, he tries to take his own life but then Krishna presents himself before him. He tells him that for the next 21 days, they would walk side by side, facing every fear and aspect of his life. And so follow the next 21 chapters where they face not only his problems but fears of every individual of society. Failure, judgement, heartbreak, betrayal, regrets. You name it and it's there. The conversation flowed seamlessly, the language simple yet engaging and kept me hooked throughout.

I felt like Krishna was talking to me instead of that boy. He helped not only him, but also built back my own self confidence. All the doubts and fears that I had in mind about future, expectations, society pressure, etc have been cleared and has motivated me in ways I cannot express. In the end when Krishna says: "Always remember, I am with you, not in form but in spirit." And I felt it, I felt it in my heart. This is going to be my new comfort read for sure and I'm recommendating this to absolutely everyone.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review

This book is a beautifully written, soul-stirring journey of a 21-year-old who has lost all hope, until he starts questioning his life and decides to end it . Then he finds himself in an unexpected conversation with Lord Krishna. In those darkest moment, Krishna gently asks him to give life just 21 more days and those days become a transformation path of healing and reflection. ✨

Across these 21 days, each chapter tackles a universal struggles that most of youth is facing like:
🪞 facing your true self,
💔 overcoming self-pity,
💸 fears around financial insecurity,
🎭 the burden of expectations,
⏳ learning patience,
and ultimately, shifting from problems to solutions.

The writing feels intimate, comforting, and incredibly powerful like Krishna isn’t just guiding the character, but speaking directly to you as well. Every page carries a sense of warmth and divinity, as if tiny fragments of the almighty are woven into the words.

A thoughtful, healing, and genuinely uplifting read that lingers long after you close the book. 📖✨
This book is worth giving a try specially if you are feeling lost and need a warm hug that feels like home and fills you with hope and energy to start again.

The Touch of the Divine is a book that feels less like reading and more like a long-awaited conversation with Krishna.

The story follows a 21-year-old boy who has lost all hope and decides to end his life. He is angry with Krishna for blindside him . Then he suddenly finds himself in a conversation with Lord Krishna. Krishna asks him for 21 days to change his mind. The boy wonders, “21 days? What can change in 21 days?” But those 21 days become a journey of transformation and healing.

Each day comes with meaning. Krishna guides him through the many problems he faces—family expectations, betrayal, financial struggles.

What I loved is how personal this book feels. Krishna’s guidance reminds us of the things we know but often forget. Many parts are deeply relatable; I found myself asking those same questions to Krishna.

The writing style is poetic, the language is simple, yet every line carries deep meaning.

It’s the kind of book you return to when life feels heavy. Overall, this book is beautiful. I recommend it to anyone who has ever felt that life, or even Krishna, has become unbearable.

The Touch of the Divine is one of those rare books that feels less like reading and more like experiencing a conversation you’ve been waiting for your whole life.

Through 21 days of dialogues between a broken young man and Lord Krishna, this book gently explores the pain we all carry — failure, heartbreak, regret, loneliness, the endless burden of expectations. What touched me most was the way Krishna’s words are not sermons, but quiet truths that feel deeply personal. At times, it didn’t feel like Krishna was talking to the boy — it felt like He was talking to me.

The language is simple, yet every line carries a weight that lingers. It reminds us that pain doesn’t mean the end — it can also be the beginning of transformation. That even in our weakest moments, we are never truly alone.

This is not just a book of poetry. It is a mirror, a companion, and a gentle hand pulling you back when life feels unbearable. A book I know I will return to again and again.

I just want to say — this book found me when i needed it . i think everyone especially someone in 20s or something should definitely read this book.

this book is written as a conversation between a boy who is feeling lost , confused , unloved and Lord Krishna. when the boy feels lost he was ready to end his life just then Lord Krishna asked him for just 21 days to walk beside him through his daily life struggles.

this book quietly guides us without using complicated words or phrases — just simple words which struck at heart. it covers daily life struggles which everyone faces at some point of time whether its career related , moving on ,or burden of not meeting expectations, forgiving people etc. Most beautiful thing — in the end its not like the problems ended for the boy , he just realized his strength to face it .

final verdict: if you love short , deep and thoughtful read it would be a perfect read 🥰🥰

This book is much more than a story; it’s a lifeline. It starts with a powerful moment: a young man is ready to end his life, but a chance encounter with Krishna gives him a final, desperate chancea 21-day challenge to find a reason to live.
The boy's pain, anger, and feelings of worthlessness are completely understandable. But Krishna gently changes his view on everything. He teaches that being sad or lost is normal, but we must never "build a home in your sorrow." This idea of finding a "guiding light I never asked for" resonated deeply, as the wisdom felt urgent and true.
The core lesson is about self-respect and letting go of the world's harsh rules. Krishna dismisses the pressure to "Be faster" or "Be richer," showing us we are all on our "own clock." The pain from lost love or missed chances is reframed as a necessary pruning the hard work required so that our spirit can eventually touch the sky.
He teaches that forgiveness is for you, not for the person who hurt you. It's the moment you decide to cut the rope and refuse to let the past chain you anymore.

The Touch of the Devine by Sairam Tadepalli is a lovely poetry book threaded by poems containing conversations between a young man and Lord Krishna. Being a devotee of Lord Krishna myself, I found this book to be very close to my heart.
Since the moment I laid my eyes on it, I was in awe! The cover is so charming and attractive, the poems inside? Even more beautiful! The way the poet has represented life lessons through verses depicting every detail vividly and not missing out even a single beat is commendable. I found a few verses to be very much relatable and if you pick up this book, you might too end up getting answers which you were somewhere seeking! I have read many poetry books but nothing compared to this one merely because of Lord Krishna!
