Informative and possibly helpful. The doctor says it's super good to talk to doctors. Or psychologists. Psychologists aren't doctors, I think. I don't remember.

So maybe something's up with my neurotransmitters. Or it could be dysthymia.

This book is fairly old, so some of the information might be a bit out of date. But, I still think this is a good overview of the biology of depression and various treatment options.
